I really want this jacket if it comes in different colors. I would like to wear the jacket in spring or fall when I travel. Those two colors available now are not for spring time. Please make more light colors. I wish to have stone or light beige.

I love this jacket. Even though it is not waterproof, I have already had the chance to wear it on multiple rainy days and the water resistant fabric has held up fine. The water just beads up on the coat. This was not a pouring rain, but a steady one.
The fit of the jacket is stylish and flattering. The fabric has just enough stretch to it to make it comfortable to move around in. Overall, I am thrilled. I have been looking for a while for a stylish (hooded) raincoat. So glad to have found it!

Fits me perfectly in arm length, waist and shoulders. I was a little hesitant about the longer material in the back -- gives it more of a sporty look than casual coat for work. But I use it mostly for walks and light hiking so it's fine. Will also like the longer material when it rains. Very pleased with the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ClassicallyCamden Great jacket!
Here in South Carolina, a jacket that can be layered is my preference. I can be rather picky, too. My qualifications were- wind & water resistant, no fleece on the inside ( fuzzies that get on your clothes) , a hood was ok but it needed to be removable, a good neutral color, pockets inside and out, a little extra length, adjustable cuffs. The Luna jacket was perfect for me. The large was just right ( 5'4", 146 lbs ) Plenty of room to layer , and loved that there were 2 snaps at the cuff for a looser or snugger fit. And always important, a flattering fit. Luna will be my 3 season jacket . Perfect for the south!

Rated 5 out of 5 by EmSea Flattering as well as functional!
Although I also really like the Pathfinder, I think this is my favorite LL Bean jacket ever! It's stylish, very flattering, and with the combination of a 2-way zipper, snaps, and a zip-off hood, I can't say enough good things about the functionality of this jacket. It's a great windbreaker, proven comfy in a light rain, fits nicely over fleece, and with a high collar and snap cuffs, it makes you look good while you feel good. It's very adjustable (collar up or down, sleeves rolled or not, waist loose or tighter), and although I've only worn it a few times in the week I've had it, I've already had a stranger asked where I got it. I love the grey color too!

Light weight, comfortable and easily packable. Great for damp, blustery fall weather.

I like everything about the jacket. it is long enough, roomy enough and comfortable. I do wish there was an inside pocket for my phone, but there are plenty of pockets otherwise. I really like the sneaky inside pockets. The drawstring at the waist is a bit tight for me at it's longest, but it does give it a nice look. I got accustomed to it pretty quickly. It is not a winter jacket, it is not heavy, but if you are like me, you will wear layers and wear it in the winter anyway.

I wanted a jacket for hiking in the woods that I could layer over a sweater and was rain resistant. This was near perfect. I liked the adjustable waist so I could make is snug or loose. Wish it came in other colors, my only complaint. The jacket blends in where I would have preferred orange to stand out for hunting season. I'm 5'1" and weight 137. I bought a regular as I wanted it as long as possible. Ordered a large to fit over fleece. Funny, 70% of the population is overweight or obese, this is a world-wide issue, and the clothes that are made are designed to be form fitting This jacket allows for both.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SewVeryV Lovely Luna Jacket
I recently purchased this jacket during a visit to the Freeport, ME store. The color of the jacket really caught my eye. I really like the dark shade of grey and orchid accent trim. The hemline in the back of the jacket is lower than the front and I like that. It looks stylish, as well as covers my behind! The jacket fits nicely, not too loose. You could wear a layer or two underneath, but nothing too heavy.
It's a lovely jacket and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Loved the way this jacket looked but I was hoping for something I could put a layer under and this was a bit too snug for that. I ended up with a different jacket which was a little more roomy. I am normally a medium, which is what I was trying on, but the styling on this jacket was rather fitted. Looked great, just not what I was looking for.
