Rated 5 out of 5 by Marrion great shoes
These shoes are very comfortable right from the start. They fit well with a little thicker sock. They keep my feet warm and dry!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by purplecrone Not for northern snowy climates
I wanted to like these but couldn't. Bought normal size but too small. Returned and got half size up but still too small. Returned for refund. These mocs are hard to put on because the top is tight. Was hoping that would be easier with larger size but it was not. While they are insulated, they do not allow room for a winter-weight sock to be worn. Also, I'd like to see a more substantial tread to deal with the snow. These would probably be fine for someone who wants a warm clog for the fall or a more temperate climate but are not suitable for northern winters. Rats, because that's what I wanted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by wcsalumni comfortable, waterproof
The previous pair had a zipper and these don't but I am sure I will enjoy wearing them in the winter like the other ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous4 Comfort Mocs
I ordered these in chocolate brown. I don't have previous years styles to compare these to. Granted I also haven't had the chance to really wear them either, but do find them quite comfortable. I like that they are water and stain resistant, which will be an asset to the unpredictable Northeastern weather patterns. I find them true to size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Piratesfan Appropriately Named Shoe
When the Insulated Comfort Mocs arrived in a timely fashion, I was quite pleased. The shoes appeared new and flawless. Upon putting them on and walking in them, I find them warm and comfortable, although I have yet to test them in some cold and wet Pittsburgh weather. Features that I most like about the shoe are that it is waterproof and does not have that annoying elastic slit at the top of either side of the instep. This feature, which is present on another pair from a different source, defeats the waterproofing, as water seems to find its way in and soak your feet anyway. Therefore, I regard this shoe as a smarter design that retains style, function, and comfort.

Rated 1 out of 5 by KentuckyPhoebe This new style is not as good!
I absolutely loved my well-worn pair of insulated comfort mocs. However, sadly they've worn out, so I visited the LLBean Web site to order a new pair. I was distressed to see that the style had changed, but I went ahead and ordered a pair to give them a try. They arrived today, I tried them on, and they're going back! No way are they as easy to put on without the zipper. And even though I ordered them in a wide size as I've done in the past, they rubbed my foot at my big toe joint. I thought this might be due to the fact that they're "not broken in", but a close examination revealed that the design of the moc itself has changed. It's narrower in width across the ball of the foot......this slight narrowing up to the toe of the shoe makes it less comfortable on my foot. When LLBean has a winner, why can't it be kept.....rather than always "improving" the style?

Rated 2 out of 5 by Daisy2211 A downgrade from last year's style
I bought two of these last year and love them. But the re-styling for this year is a downgrade. They're hard to slip in and out of, and although I ordered my exact size, these rub my heel. I returned them.
Last year's style had a zipper on the top that permitted easy in/out and allowed adjustments to custom fit the shoe to the foot. Now I'm sorry I didn't buy more of last year's style!
