I've worn a sportcoat only twice before: a ridiculous wool thing I bought in a department store, with shoulder pads (!) and outer pockets sewn shut lest I put something in them and spoil the look. Wool sport coats being sold in Florida... the mind reels. Or I could have gone with the Miami Vice look with a silk blazer with no pockets that would go out of style in three years.
This blazer is like a field jacket for the urban male: working pockets inside and out, zippered pockets, pen and pencil holders, machine washable, wrinkle resistant, I love it. It looks nice without being gaudy. It is my new go-to jacket for everyday wear. They call it a tropical weight but it's warm enough for a cool or cold Florida morning. Might be too heavy for the summer but then again anything other than a short sleeve polo or t-shirt is too heavy for the summer.
When I tried it on for the first time, I asked my wife what she thought of it. She said it looked nice and maybe would like to borrow it occasionally. So it passed the wife test.
My only complaint is the pen and pencil holders are too far toward the shoulder so you really have to dig for them. Maybe move them closer to the buttons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SkipL Easy Care blazer olive gray
Other than its color, this jacket is identical to my khaki blazer. Potential purchasers should note the inclusion of the word "travel" in the description. These jackets are sufficient to get the wearer past pretentious restaurant or pub doors, they are mid-weight, they are easily laundered and pressed, and they are well-made. They are more business casual than dress. Think about how you will wear your travel blazer before you purchase it and then complain that it is not "dressy."
Specifically to the olive gray, the jacket is decidedly a muted green. Okay, gray-green, but green nonetheless. The color that I see in my Surface Pro monitor is accurate; my iPhone display makes the jacket appear less green than it is. I am fairly traditional in my clothing taste, and I like the color.
The plethora of pockets makes the travel blazer a great companion on an overnight or two-day trip. For longer trips, I am comfortable packing one or both knowing that at worst a few minutes in a steamy hotel bathroom will remove unwanted rumples.
With a collared shirt with or without a sweater, the jackets are comfortable over a wide temperature range. Casual pants or jeans look right with the travel blazer.
If there were other color choices, I would consider purchasing another. I have been asked about my jacket when I am out and about in it. Based upon that, I think that there must be others who would like to travel in reasonably fashionable comfort. If that describes you, this is probably your "blazer."

Rated 4 out of 5 by Frequent00Flyer Not quite a Blazer
This is more of a jacket than a blazer. Not at all dressy, sort of a rumpled look. On the good side, very comfortable, well made, and lots of pockets. Washes easily with no need to iron.

As a teacher/professor, my husband loves this casual blazer. We kept the Khaki colored one, but felt the green wasn't really sage, but a light summer green. This is his 3rd one and he wears them constantly. He and I have continual positive comments from others, and consider that this is a versatile coat to nudge into a professional presence without too much formality.

The design, color, and construction are all first rate. This is an easy-care garment that dresses up or down depending on the situation. It is not a light-weight jacket and is probably best suited for temperate climates. A lighter, tropical weight jacket would be required for Hawaii or the Bahamas. Over all, I am very happy with my purchase. NV resident.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Hank385 Didn't work for me.
I can only say the this jacket didn't work for me--the "drape" was wrong and beyond alteration, very heavy and stiff, not comfortable to wear. I don't think simply a question of sizing but of design. Still, I'm sure it would be a good fit for many others. And LLB has is always great about returns. So only wish it had been as great for me as other products I've gotten over the years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MobileOz Great Travel Jacket!
Read several reviews and I'm glad that I purchased it. Used it all over London in June 2015, the was cool mid 60's during the day and mid 50's at night. Super constructions and more pockets than I knew what to do with, even lost my phone in one! The only con is that while it is a deconstructed jacket and the fit is great, it is a bit heavy AND DOES NOT BREATHE WELL IN HIGH HUMIDITY! Would NOT recommend you take this jacket anywhere where the temp gets above mid 70's with humidity of greater than 60%. You will sweat! Otherwise a great jacket!

I ordered a Navy blazer and liked it so much that I ordered another in Sandstone. I found that the color in the on-line catalog is not accurate, What looks like a grayish brown is actually light khaki, so I returned the blazer. Actually, the color shown in the catalog is much more attractive. Otherwise, a nice product.
