Rated 4 out of 5 by MarciaY Great blazer, sleeves are too long
I love this blazer, but like other reviewers, I notice the sleeves are extraordinarily long - actually about 2" longer than they should be. I only paid $34.99 for the jacket, so I am shortening the sleeves. I thought of wearing it as is, but it was really impossible. I do not have short arms, so can only think the jacket was made for tall, slim people. I ordered a small. I normally take a size 10.

Love this blazer, but I ordered a large because I like to layer underneath on cooler days. I am returning it and I ordered a medium which should fit just fine since there was way too much room in the Large. I usually where a size 12 and I should've remembered that LLBean really does run true to size.

I really liked the blazer. Very nice material and well made. The small was just way too big for me. I'm 5'6", 120 and it just hung on me. Going to look in the signature line - that line tends to fit my shape better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BeaAna Nice Casual Blazer
I really like this blazer. I didn't have the problem with it arriving wrinkled (maybe they fixed a packing problem?)
The construction seems solid. The fabric is twill, so it's a little on the business casual side as expected. It seems slightly small, but not so much that I would want to size up. The only downside is that it's a little warmer than I'd expected. I would say this blazer is appropriate for spring or fall, but not for summer.
I ordered Brighton Blue, and I love the color for spring. I plan to order a second in a more neutral color.

The jacket is made of sturdy material, but poorly and oddly constructed. The sleeves are lined but not the jacket. It did arrive terribly wrinkled and, sleeves were too long. I don't like it enough to try and iron out the wrinkles, so it's being returned.

It seems to run a little large, but I love the shape and quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Valleygirl Nice construction, fabric gives a more casual look
I bought this jacket in Peacock Blue but this shade is not as bright as I had hoped. It looks more like faded denim and the fabric is kind of "nubby", so it will be suitable for a casual look, but not as dressy as I would have liked. I come back again and again to LL Bean blazers since the Petite consistently fits me perfectly. I think this balzer would be more popular if the fabric was smoother and had more vibrant colours for spring and summer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RIYogaGirl Well made jacket
I ordered this jacket in a medium. I returned it because it was too big, but I think a small would have been too small across the shoulders. The peacock blue is a pretty color. The jacket is well made and would look nice in a professional setting. Bummer that it didn't work for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by KCSand Great fit, color not what I expected.
Love this blazer. Not sure what another reviewer is talking about in calling it a wrinkled mess. It's cotton twill and therefore kind of casual, but the fit and quality is great.
I ordered the field poppy color and in the catalog and online it looked like a rosy red. It is actually orange. VERY orange. I'm keeping it and will probably order it in other colors, but this bright orange is not at all what is shown in the photos.

by kate001 Wrinkly mess
The first time I received this jacket, it arrived a wrinkly mess. I spent 10 minutes ironing it, but where it was creased was still apparent. I called to request a new jacket sent. It arrived in the same condition, a wrinkly mess. The jacket is lovely and fits perfectly, but if I am going to keep it, it will need to be professionally cleaned and ironed. Very disappointed.
