I bought this jacket for a trip to Europe in late March. I ended up wearing it everyday - it was extremely windy (75mph), cold (28-48), rain, and snow. It was more water repellant then I had expected which was great. I was not in a deluge, but it did rain/snow. I also had the packaway vest underneath, and the one two punch worked great. I was not cold in the midsection. I bought black, but wish I had gotten a "color" since I wore it constantly. If you ended up walking at night, your visibility is pretty low. If they go on sale, I'm hoping to snag the pine blue one. Living in drought ridden California, I didn't have much in the way of water proof wear, nor anything particularly warm, so this was only able to be "field" tested, and it passed! The jacket is roomy, plenty of room to layer underneath, and since I was on a River Cruise, as I expanded due to constant food, it continued to fit perfectly, unlike my pants.

Nice jacket for when the weather is not too cold or not to warm. Perfect to throw on when running errands. Really glad that I purchased this jacket. I ordered it in black and it goes with everything casual! Would order again.

This is the perfect "in between" jacket when the temps are above freezing. It weighs almost nothing, has a nice fitted shape and keeps me warm.

What I love about this jacket: its incredibly light weight and will travel well as it packs down to nearly nothing. The color was prettier than I expected. The fit is a little oversized, but I don't mind because I like to layer. What I don't love about it: it's crinkly and loud, which makes it feel a little cheap. Overall, a pretty nice warm spring/fall jacket.

Since my favorite color was only available in S, I gave it a whirl, not much risk w/free shipping. To my surprise, S fit me perfectly (I'm an athletic 36C with a large swimmer's back, so usually an M); easy room for 1-2 thin layers underneath. I currently wear it in 30-40deg weather with a short sleeve t-shirt underneath for outdoor labor - works great without sweat or cold, and quite wind resistant. Sleeves are slightly long, but I like that since it keeps my hands warmer if I can't wear gloves. For some larger hands/wrists, the band may be somewhat tight.
The jacket is slightly noisy, but i expected that from a down-type.
As thin as it is, $129 is way too much.. especially if you live in a cold climate b/c you will need more layers.
At least I got free socks for hubby through the $10 gift card.. I will keep the jacket at the high price but only because I happen to like it so much, not because of a great value. Hopefully it will hold up as long as my LLBean H2 rain jacket that seems indestructible.

This is the perfect jacket for me: lightweight, warm and wind-stopping. I will be picking up another one - or two! - in a different color.

Very happy with this purchase. Fit is comfortable, not too loose nor too snug. Amazingly light weight but warm, and packs easily. I especially like the fact that it doesn't look too puffy (like the Michelin man!).

Love my new jacket. The Ruby Coral is beautiful. I'm 5'1 and 118lbs with a muscular build and the Petite Small is a perfect fit everwhere..I'm glad I called to get the finished garment measurements. Nice and warm, packable and lightweight all in one. Great travel accessory.

Really love this jacket; it is more light weight than I thought it would be but every bit as warm as advertised. I really wanted pink but it was not in stock; I am pleased with the teal color and I like the gray details.

I wanted a jacket to wear over a fleece for those in-between days in the winter when a fleece and a regular parka are overkill. This seems to fit the bill. (I kind of wish I had purchased the one with the hood, though.) I have worn it numberous times over the past few mid-20's weeks, and sometimes have used it without the fleece on the warmer (30 degrees + days). It will be handy camping in the summer, too, I think, since it is packable.
