I like this shirt. I had to return twice. The size large was too tight and the extra-large was too big. I wish it would have fit. I would have bought more. I like the style and the color choice is nice.

I purchased this shirt and found it comfortable, washes well, and fits well (I am about 5' 4" and 117 lbs and bought a small). I am hoping that there are more colors to choose from because this shirt and a pair of jeans is all I need.

Great style, flattering, shaped but not too tight. The textured fabric is a little thin but not too bad in colors other than white. True to size. I'm 5'3", 114lbs and ordered a small.

I am very happy with this athletic shirt. Its well-made and looks great on. I was worried it would be too short for my torso and look boxy but it hits at just the right point to create a good silhouette. The fabric is nice and good for activities; at the same time its got cute feminine details. I am particularly happy it came in navy blue. I am sad it doesn't come in plus sizes; do you think plus size women don't work out?

Love this shirt. Great fit and feel. True to size, may be a bit long for short person, but feels great. Will order in other colors.

I own this shirt in the lovely green shade. I love this shirt-it is a great shirt, and it looks great on, with it's flattering tucks at the shoulder. I love that is is moisture wicking and is perfecty for active wear. BUT, since I am 5 foot 3 inches with a short torso, this shirt comes down halfway to my knees!
Please LLBean, Please, Please, Please, start offering Petite sizes in your women's active wear. We short women like to be active and fit too, and we need clothes to wear while we are doing it. Please don't forget us!

I like it so much better than a plain t-shirt! The white color is too sheer but the light blue is fine. I have only had mine 3 months and it has pilled but so far it doesn't look bad to me. However, kind of expensive to have any wear at this point. The style is great. The slight gather (ruching) at the shoulders dresses it up. My 3 shirts are not badly sewn. Kind of large around the hips but it is OK. I am buying one in another color today. The fabric has a nice feel, a good weight, a nice drape and it doesn't wrinkle. But please LL Bean, bring in a better quality fabric that doesn't pill.

Great looking and great fitting active tee but is nicely styled and nice enough to wear for casual wear for any occasion. I like the heathered color, the slightly gathered detail at the sleeves and the neckline that is not too low for athletic use but not too high to look good for everyday use.
I'll buy more.

When I am hiking or doing any vigorous activity, I don't want to feel constricted. I like this shirt's length, as shorter tops migrate up my back when climbing over trail obstacles or digging in the garden--and I don't want a wedge of my lower back announcing itself to biting insects. However, the rest of this shirt's style seems to follow form over function. In particular, the shoulder ruching looks badly sewn (wrinkled) instead of stylish, and the extra cloth feels uncomfortable under pack straps. The side seams add bulk and unwanted weight, so that every time I twist or bend, I feel fabric hugging my torso. Because the style is designed to skim the body, I don't get the same quick-dry benefits as I would with a less form-fitting top. This shirt seems best suited for looking good on the trail, but it falls short on performance for the kind of activities I prefer.
I understand that some customers want to highlight a trim waist, but it would be nice if Bean also offered this shirt in a more traditional fit. In fact, I would die happy if Bean brought back the CoolMax fitness tops from a decade ago. Those weightless shirts were insanely cool and comfortable and dried almost instantly. I'd buy a dozen if they made a reappearance. I have no plans to repurchase the current Women's Trail Tee.

When I took it out of the package, I noticed a small round snag in the front. I wish I would have read the reviews that talked about this problem before I ordered it. I liked the fit and the style, although I wish LL Bean tops weren't as long as they are being made right now. I didn't think the material was too thin as others have thought. I'm returning it due to the snagging problem.
