Rated 5 out of 5 by OKlahomaLLBeanFan Great T!
I love this t-shirt. Does not fit tight, so can be worn untucked, which is what I wanted. Held it's shape after washing; still looking brand new, and didn't wrinkle. I normally wear it casually on the weekends, but did wear it with a suit jacket and scarf the other day to work and it looked great. The fabric has a bit of a design in it - which makes it a little different from the ordinary T. I would buy another and recommend it highly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WardingOffWinter "Fitted" to a "Tee"
This tee is described perfectly in the catalog. I sense some confusion by other reviewers and I think I can help!.
1) "FITTED" is not a size; it's a CUT. A straight cut is straight from bust to hip. A relaxed cut might be A-line. A "fitted" cut curves in at the waist and out at the hips and bust. If your body is "straight," you won't like this cut, whether you're skinny or plump. If your body is CURVY, you will LOVE this cut, regardless of your size. I have a saggy, middle-aged bust, wide hips, but a narrow waist, so this hard-to-find "hourglass" cut is perfect for my curves and very slenderizing.
2) SIZE: It's true that a "fitted" cut is a bit more trim than straight or relaxed. If you are between sizes, I would definitely advise sizing up, unless you prefer "tight.". You will still look great! At 175 pounds, I am glad I ordered up to XL.
3) FABRIC: The fabric is thin (and cool!) but not see-thru or skimpy. It is soft, slub-textured, heathered cotton, and cut on the bias for a slight natural stretch. Mine did not shrink or stretch out of shape when I washed it. The heathering makes the color a bit lighter (softer) than pictured for the "blue pine" (a beautiful, medium-bright teal).
4) LENGTH: True to the description, it falls at my low hip, just below the widest part. This is very flattering for me, not quite as long as a tunic. I have a long torso and am 5'8". I would not recommend this length if you are shorter than average, unless you have a long torso or want a tunic length (over leggings).
I hope Bean makes this fit in ribbed cotton, long sleeves, and dark colors for winter.
I hope this helps!

Rated 1 out of 5 by sarahlv32 no on these
I love LLBean normally, but these were a huge disappointment.
These tees are not the same quality tees I have bought in the past. The others I sent back were too short , so I ordered these because
the were a bit longer. I did not like the material , too thin and I didnt like the design running through the material. These tees are made for young 20 something girls with perfect bodies. There is absolutely no "give" at all in the knit. NONE. Also they are overpriced for the quality of the material. Sorry , LL Bean , big NO on these.

Very flattering fit. Lightweight, but not see-through, fabric.
This shirt does fit closely, as it is quite fitted. If you do not like this style, be sure to order up. The texture of the fabric is pretty and adds interest to this nice tee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by llbeanershopaholic Comfy and stylish tee!
Thanks to prior reviews, I ordered up one size and the fit was fabulous. I am normally a medium in llbean tops, size 12, but I ordered a large. It was still slightly snug and clingy, but 'fashionably' clingy, not to the extent that it was immodest. The v-neck is low, but because I am rather 'busty', does not show cleavage, unless bending over. I think I may order another, perfect weight for a hot summer day!

I wish I had read all the reviews first and saved myself the trouble of sending this back. I normally take a petite size...something still lacking in most of the summer wear. So I felt safe ordering a misses small...not extra small as I had done in some other things. wow, was this tight, and the neckline too low. I have the slub material in some other brands and like it, and thought it would be cool for our Southern summers, but this just doesn't cut it. Loved the daylilly color as I wear orange well, but the fit is awful. Too bad..back it goes. It won't even do for a yard work shirt.

Love the style and the fit, especially the longer length. Just wish it was a little heavier material. Will probably only use it under a sweater or another layer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Marijane Color is very inaccurate
I ordered the 'Field Poppy' color pictured as a brick red and it's actually ORANGE like the 'Daylily' color. It doesn't pay to send it back so I guess I will wear it for doing yard work :
I haven't ordered from LL Bean #last time was an Ocean kayak that I LOVE!# in many years and I don't think I will be ordering clothing again soon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jaspurr2325 Great t-shirt, but just a little too sheer
Pro's: It's going to be a nice, cool t-shirt when the weather turns hot.
Neckline is lower but only reveals the very top of your cleavage.
It's fitted, shows off your figure.
Cons: If you don't like "fitted," pass this shirt by......
Fabric is a TINY BIT too sheer for my taste. With the light
colors like "Dust Pink" and "White" I really felt like I needed to
wear a camisole because it was just too see-through with those colors. Please don't make it the same weight
as your other t-shirts though. I like the breathability of sheerer
fabrics on hot days.

Rated 2 out of 5 by SparkleGirl Still Deciding
I ordered two of these tees, one in white and one in cornflower blue. The white one is completely see-through and I'm returning it. Summer is hot enough without having to wear a cami under a t-shirt. The cornflower blue tee is a very pretty color but I'm still not sure if I like the fit. It's a little too narrow at the shoulders. I do love the length though because I'm tall, almost 5'10". I'm going to try it on one more time before deciding. If I didn't love the color so much, I would return it without thinking twice.
