Rated 5 out of 5 by ComfortDresser Cofy fit on the first day
We were going to the Land Down Under for a 3 week trip. I didn't want to wear sandals in certain areas, so I took a chance on these Market Street Shoes as they could be worn with shorts, skirts or capri pants. I am glad I did, as they fit nicely with bare feet or with tights, for colder nights, from the first wearing. I have been wearing them a lot in this warmer season as they are as comfy as my sandals; they have some arch support as well.

Wonderful shoe -- especially if you're looking to prevent foot pain! My foot is slightly narrow, high arches, and I have metatarsal pain. I wear a size 9 and at first thought the fit was a little too snug to the big toe, but after wearing it about for a couple hours, the fit turned out to be great. These are very high quality leather and have classy craftsmanship. They are impact absorbing. Easy to insert your own orthodics if that's what you need -- I liked the existing footbed very much.

I took these shoes out of the box and wore them to a party where I stood for 3 hours. They still felt wonderful. These shoes fit well, and feel like walking on air the whole day. I bought a pair in brown then ordered a pair in black the next week. In addition to the fit and comfort, I get compliments on them all the time. Great shoes!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by DocNeen Great Work Shoe
I bought these for work and I wear them almost every day. They are extremely comfortable and frequently I end up wearing them after I get home from work--even to take the dog for a walk! I will definitely buy them again when these wear out but I think that will be a long time from now! They're perfect!

No, but it feels like it. From the first time I put on a pair, they fit like my favorite slippers. I can go for long walks with ease, but these shoes also work great when riding my bike. Needless to say, as soon as I ordered my first pair (black), I ordered another pair in brown.

Love these shoes. I purchased a pair of Keens and these at the same time for a trip to Europe. These are by far more comfortable and cushy on my feet. I love the extra cushy comfort they bring to my feet when walking around all day. My 10 year old son put them on (why I don't know) and wanted to wear them to bed because they are so springy. They do rub a bit under my ankle bone but that goes away after wearing them a couple of times. They also look great and can be dressed up or down for travel when you don't want to bring lots of different shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TokyoTea Good shoes. I'm buying more.
I have a bad bunion and the toe box of the D width fits (although it did require a few wearings to stretch to my odd foot shape). Since I do best with a combination last, I too found the heel to be wide and wished there were more holes on the strap. But I think that's more my extreme foot shape than anything about the shoes.
I have difficulty finding shoes that work with my bunion, so I'm going to buy at least another pair of these. I must admit, I've never tried them in circumstances that required REAL walking (I've spent a good amount of my life in New York City and Tokyo, and that's a whole other category of foot experience!), but for everyday use, these work for me. Thanks, LLB.

Rated 1 out of 5 by LizzieVA Insole Issue
I love comfy Mary Janes, and I bought these when they first appeared on the website. They seemed to be very very comfy, and the only thing that really bothered me was that the red was not as red as I hoped that they would be.
I hadn't worn them too much until last month. I spent the day in them wandering around DC, and after a couple of hours the insole started to feel like I had a large stone under three of my toes. My toes started falling asleep every few minutes, and I would have to remove my feet from my shoes to get the circulation going again.
The shoes are far from being too small, I regularly spend hours on my feet daily, and I had walked the exact same route in DC a couple of months before in mule clogs with wood soles and no cushioning with no problems.
The weird lump that appears after wearing for a fairly short period in the insoles under my toes makes these shoes completely unwearable. We had to cut our outing short because I either needed to go buy new shoes or go home. I was worried I would do permanent damage. I wear all sorts of shoes with no problems, and I have never experienced this problem with other shoes.
