This shirt which I got in a dark blue is comfortable and solid. I expect it to last a long time. Looks good too with a light colored blazer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jimbeen2112 Excellent shirt
I purchased this shirt, wanting a dark blue, button-down, wrinkle-free shirt. Something for the office that wasn't too formal or too casual.
This shirt (Mariner Blue color) is perfect. Excellent fit, it looks really good, and it is so easy to clean. Pull it out of the wash, drop it in the dryer for 5 minutes, then let it air dry on a hanger.
I will definitely be buying more of these shirts, when more colors are available.

My husband finds this shirt so comfortable and nice looking that we ordered a second one for him. Easy to care for and nice to wear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by LL1Bean1Shopper1 Wrinkle Resistant Twill Sportshirt - long sleeve
I've been purchasing 95 percent of my clothing from Bean for years. In recent years, LL Bean's wrinkle-resistant Chino shirts had become a favorite of mine year-round for their appearance (in the workplace), comfort, durability and affordable price. I had wanted to order more when I was suddenly unable to locate them in Bean's website. I contacted LL Bean and was told the wrinkle resistant twill sportshirt had replaced the wrinkle-resistant Chino shirts, and hence ordered one in Rustic Red to try it.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. First, the fit is wrong. The Large size is smaller than all my size Large Bean shirts..........the sleeves are noticeably shorter.
Second, any lint within a one mile radius sticks to the fabric.
Third, the fabirc itself sticks to me, rather than flowing comfortably with my movements like the wrinkle-resistant Chino shirts.
Fourth, when ordering, this shirt only had a handful of color options, not the wide choice of colors that the wrinkle-resistant Chino shirts had been available in.
I will absolutely never purchase another of these wrinkle resistant twill sportshirts, and very much hope that LL Bean brings back their superb wrinkle-resistant Chino shirts.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Stevenson An unusual disappointment
I have many LL Bean shirts and have always been totally satisfied. This one is an exception. It shrunk during its first washing and seems to want to shed its fabric. The dryer filter is full of small blue particles (the shirt is blue) and a white bandage on my arm takes on a bluish tint over the course of a day. A real disappointment.

Happy to purchase a beautiful shirt to wear them to church that match my winter jacket. The price itself will want me to buy more.

I wear these shirts to work every day as the director of a large aviation museum. They're cool - because they're cotton. They hold a crease and don't look like you slept in them after a couple of hours of wear. They're heavy weight so they always look good. Plus I'm not some slim fashion model, I'm an old guy with a gut. These fit my rather old guy shaped body. I don't look like a stuffed sausage in them. I do wish there were more colors, but these will do. I wear them with a tie - and they look very professional. They are terrific and I wear them until they wear out and then get new ones.
