Found this shoe very comfortable even after walking all day. Toe box offers wiggle room and heel fit is good for those of us with narrow heel. Laces are great and feet stay cool even after extended use.

These shoes are more substantial than they appear on the website. The soles are fairly rigid and the mesh is thick. I've worn them mostly on dirt trails, for which they're well-suited. Sizing is true. So far, happy with them.

I love these shoes. They're incredibly comfortable right out of the box. They're supportive but you hardly notice you're wearing them. They do have fantastic arch support if you over pronate and they have a very roomy toe box. I will admit that the fabric part is a little strange looking because it is very light and almost sheer. I intend to wear them for a few days and see how they handle the outdoors but if they hold up well I'm going to buy another pair for back up.

Remember the days when you brought along something comfortable to slip your feet into after a hike. No need with these. I like them so much, I am getting a second pair for everyday use to replace my tennies.

Rated 1 out of 5 by NEgal Worst Merrill shoes I ever bought.
I and my family have worn Merrill shoes for years. I was so disappointed with these shoes. They looked as if they were made by two different construction methods. The quality of the material and the workmanship is way below par for Merrill. They did not fit well, were too narrow, and after a few days began to rub and callous the back of the heel. When compared to another pair I have, the collar is flimsy and not well padded. I would not spend any money on these. I have sent them back and will look into other models by Merrill or another manufacturer.
