Rated 5 out of 5 by Jenn10 Best Seat Cover
We bought this for our lab who loves to hike and swim and get muddy. It totally protects the back seat. High quality, takes 1 minute to plop it onto the seat or take it out. Dries quickly. It's perfect!

Overall quite pleased with back seat cover. I fully realize that there are hundreds of different back seats, and one cover to fit all is a very tall order, but an improvement on the design would be to incorporate various options as to how to fasten . Just hanging on the the two rear head rests is not sufficient to keep it in place. I should explain that ihave a 100 lb + hound that can shake and rearrange most anything.
cover quality is very good, heavy duty , quite ample , much better than others i have purchased in the past.. I believe it will be quite durable, just wished that there would be a way to fasten to seat belts.

Material is of good quality, however as with most animal seat covers there is not straps to keep it anchored to the seat. Since I have a large dog the cover does not stay in place very well.

by LukeLovesIt Wow!
This thing is HUGE. I have a compact SUV and it's big in my vehicle! Great coverage for just about the entire back seat area, to say the least. This would be way too big for my son's compact car.
The one and only downside to this: Guess where it's made? NOT in the USA :-(

I have not had the opportunity to make use of the seat cover at this point. I've only had it about a week. However, the seat cover appears to be plenty tough, thick, heavy duty. I doubt my huge clumsy dogs will be able to tear this no matter how hard they try.
My suggestion is to add holes to slip seat belts through. However, if you have big, hairy, and/or wet/muddy dogs on this seat cover, you're probably going to want to remove it before anyone sits in the back seat. Holes for seat belts may not be necessary or practical, unless you're getting the cover for your kids to sit on.
When it becomes too soiled for your taste, remove it, spray it off with a water hose and let it dry before replacing it.,

I was very happy with the seat cover from LL Bean, bought to replace a cheapo cover that I had to return after it lasted only a couple of months. Then, I left the car window open in a deluge. Now I am ECSTATIC with this cover, because the water pooled in it and kept the back seat dry! I cannot attest to durability, but I know LL Bean quality. My last seat cover from LL Bean lasted 10+ years, so I am sure I and my 90lb Shepherd mix will get quite a few years out of this one. One tiny complaint is I wish the brand logo (not LL Bean's, the manufacturer's) was smaller.

new car, old dog. This really helped with the transition. I didn't realize it would cover the floor as well - nice feature!

Great product for the back seat, but chances are you might have kids as well as a dog so seat belt openings and LATCH openings would be invaluable.
