I really wanted to like these shoes and I thought they would because the runner's version of the Adrenaline fit quite well. Unfortunately, I found these trail shoes to have arch supports that felt intrusive, even uncomfortable at times. However, this may be due to the fact that I have very flat feet. If you have highly arched feet, then these shoes may work for you.

Very true to size and comfortable the minute you put them on your feet. No need to break them in. Very lightweight as stated. Excellent waterproof sneaker. Good for working around fish tanks all day long. Also, a good shoe for walking in the rain or on the beach. Keeps feet dry. Well worth the money. Plan on purchasing another pair in the next 3-4 months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fringy Set for the trail!
My son needed some shoes to wear trail running. These fit the bill with a true to size fit and a great sole for dealing with the many surfaces of trail and off trail running. It seems that they will shed moisture and keep the feet dry during runs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ma3944 Fantastic for running in inclement weather!
I wore these yesterday after a snow storm that had turned to rain. It was a slushy, watery, icy mess outside. The slush/water was unavoidable as it was absolutely everywhere and I was able to get my run done while keeping my feet nice and dry (the rest of me was wet but we're rating the shoes here). Some caveats to keep in mind:
1. Running shoes are very personal so don't just buy these because of the Gore-Tex if this is not your normal running shoe.
2. These are athletic shoes so while your feet stay dry, they will get cold if you go out in cold weather.
3. Again, they're shoes, not boots, so any water more than an inch or two deep and you could start getting water coming in
I fully intend to buy another pair when these wear out!
