Rated 5 out of 5�by BikerM Good Value Nicely made. My first try of a clipless pedal & shoe and I'm really pleased with the efficiency I pick up. Also -- if I breakdown -- I can walk home in these shoes. I took the advice of other reviewers and went for the size 45 for my 10 M foot -- perfect fit! Comfy to walk in --- and riding -- did a December test ride at 50 degrees -- and they are VERY well ventilated -- and should be excellent for warmer times. My SPD SH-56 cleat works well with the shoe and is recessed just enough to not scratch floors -- though I'm still a bit leery of that. The other tip I picked up on from reviews is to start out with the SH-56 cleat -- as it allows multiple release moves. Using the Shimano PDA-530 -- dual sided pedal (can ride without locking in) -- I think I'm set and can't imagine changing. One concern -- sole tread is aggressive -- so I would not want to wear this shoe with a pedal with the strap / cage -- it could hang up when trying to pull your foot out. December 19, 2012

Rated 2 out of 5�by HeavyDutywhyarerevueshard Light duty 1st of all they run small order up 1 size. The shoe has a shank that is glued in and not very strong. If you are a small rider you will probably be fine, if you want to look the part, they look like cycling shoes. However if you are full size and need a cycling shoe they come up short. I will continue to use my shoes these were ment to replace, (purchased fron LLBean in the past) they have a solid intigrated plastic shank that does not flex, protecting your feet from flating out and flexing during a big ride. Disipointed that these passed LLbean's inspection they will be going back. June 16, 2012
