Got these with the15% off sale for $126, Great bargain! If I could change anything it would be a black heel instead if the brown stacked heel, but the comfort and overall look make up for that. Nice boots. Yep, Bean knows boots! Usually buy a 9 in boots, but wear a 8-8 1/2 W in shoes. Purchased a 9. January 24, 2013

I tried finding a similar style and quality for less to no avail; I caved and bought these this past week. The leather construction is like butter, so soft, no factory made distressing, and the classic styling will look great for years to come. These beauties run a bit big, so I will be exchanging my 9 for an 8.5. Bean customer service is always top notch and they were able to help me through the sizing. Can't wait for this pair to arrive! Rated 5 out of 5�by Bullmastifforensics Very Pleased These are beautiful, of classic styling. I found the rich cordovan exactly as I'd hoped and the craftsmanship detailed. I don't know if this is what you're supposed to do, but when I accidentally spilled water on them, I glossed over the area with a damp cloth; when they dried, any spotting was undetectable. I was also claw-hugged by a kitten, and the tiny scratches easily buffed out. Before they arrived, I wondered if I'd like the side-seams. They seem to elongate the vertical nicely. An additional seam in the back adds to the impression that this leather is uniquely tanned and pieced. The mold of the foot is so elegant--I was pleasantly surprised. My high arches have stayed comfortable. The pull-on style accommodates my very defined calves without leaving lots of excess room or calling for gaudy zippers. They meet just below my knee. With jeans, the result is a neatly contoured line that doesn't unduly country-westernize my look (very important to me). With dresses, they look clean and refined. These are fantastic. I recommend them completely. February 2, 2012

Rated 1 out of 5�by SSalmon Disappointed I was thrilled for these Fall boots. For the price, the quality was really, really low. The leather was low grain and looked fake. The heel, which looks like wood, is actually plastic and is very cheap. Bummer. October 20, 2011
