Agree with other reviewers - order one size up. The other draw back is that it is a back zip but that is easily remedied with some nylon cord.
The suit is fine with those two exceptions. Use it for early season swims

My wife and I got these wet suits for Christmas presents. They fit snugly when dry and were looser when wet. The lake is still frozen, so we haven't tried them in the cold water, yet. We used the sizing chart and got a good fit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by peddler too small
Size chart is extremely inaccurate. According to the chart, the large should have fit me, but I ordered the xl to be safe. The xl was so small I could not even get into it. I then tried the xxl and was able to get into it, but could not get out of it on my own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DogsMakeMeHappy Nice wetsuit
This is my first wet suit. I got this so I could swim outdoors beyond the regular New England season. We have had a few chilly nights since I purchased it and I gave it a try. It really holds the warmth in nicely.
It takes some getting used to putting on and swimming in, but I am very happy with it. The fit for me is snug, but not constricting. Movement in the suit is very easy. Everyone who has seen me swim in it wants to get one.

I purchased this to snorkel and kyak in hopes to protect against sun and add some warmth. It accomplished those two goals but after wearing it just once for a short snorkel my wife notices a small hole beneath the seam between where the two materials join. If it has not been for this issue I would rate the product a 4 star

...tried it on and it fit perfect. Looks to be good construction with quality features. Can't wait for Spring to give it a test drive down the Chattooga.

Bought it for my husband. He likes it and it fits well and is comfortable. He's only used it once so can't tell yet about durability.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ageingoutdoorgal spring wet suits
Was looking for something to protect me in the event I ended up in cold water on spring or fall kayaking trips. I found these suits too difficult to get into or out of and not comfortable for paddleing. They may be fine for swimming.

Great design, and a great middle ground between athletic paddling clothes and a full wetsuit. Great materials, fit was near perfect and much less clammy and close than i expected. kept me quite warm in water <45 degrees, which is what I needed it for, early spring paddling. Price was excellent and, as usual, i buy from Bean because if anything does go wrong, they will make good!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bill42 Nice, but tight
I'm 6'3", 40" waist and 250 lbs. The XXL should have sized OK, but it was tight, especially around my 18" neck. I thought it might rip as I tried to pull it over my shoulders - but it didn't (the first time I used it). Other than that, great suit, but I haven't tried it in the ocean - where the real test begins. For the price, a nice occasional use suit. Not something I'll "just jump into".
