Really, really great. Room for layers under. I look a bit thick when I am wearing this, but I do not care because I am WARM. It even keeps the wind out a bit, though I would not depend on it as windbreaker. Great day jacket for cold, foggy San Francisco summers.

I love dark green. And the Deepest Green is an especially verdant shade of Emerald Isle Green. Yet it remained on my Wish List for the longest time. I was scared off by reports of the dreaded 3 B's: bagginess, boxiness, and bulging pockets - okay, BBB-P's. But the Beanean gods smiled down upon me with this one. They sent me a sweater that was trim and sleek, and obviously not tried on by others before me. The length comes to the top of my thigh, yet does not emphasize my pear shape. Not crazy about the plaid lining, but can live with it. I will machine wash it on cold using a liquid "for fine hand washables". I will dry it flat. These two tricks will ensure the maintenance of that rich color. Slim, trim, and sleek in XS.

The soft lining in this sweater makes it warm and comforting, but not too hot. Perfect under a coat or to wear inside at cooler temperatures. Great, generous fit, but not sloppy. And I love the deep red colour! Highly recommended.

I've watched this sweater all winter and finally ordered it. Wish that I had ordered it last Fall. I absolutely love the fit and feel. The sweater is comfortable and snugly right out of the package.

It is so hard to find a COTTON full zip sweater with pockets for women! I'm so glad to finally find this. I'm 5'8", 150# and I got the XL just b/c I need long sleeves and women's clothes are never long enough in the arms. I could easily wear the L but I am wearing this like a jacket so I don't mind it being a tad big. I absolutely love it and I can't wait for Spring to wear it over a T-shirt. I am baffled why it has the left hand zip but that is not a deal breaker for me. I just wish they had some other colors. I would love to have an oatmeal or dark chocolate. I will buy another next season if they come out with more colors to choose from.

Purchased this sweater with the approach of winter as an extra layer for twice daily walks with our very active dog . . . and it has already been worth every penny. It looks so much better than several layers of oversized clothing, keeps my core warm enough to skip the extra socks and scarf, and I'm able to move much more freely. I love it, and plan to purchase it in at least one more color.

order next size up if wearing long sleeves under...otherwise very tight,,,great sweater and wear it to work as it is comfortable and best of all it has pockets..

Last year I bought the cable sweater version of this sweater and loved it. This year I purchased the purple cardigan. The color is rich, and did not have any fading issues. Since it is lined, I have found this to be a good indoor sweater when the East Coast is chilly and will use it as spring approaches to wear as a jacket. Size was right-on, sleeves correct length.

This is a well-designed sweater, and you can easily dress it up or down. The lining helps the cotton keep its shape nicely. My only complaint is with the lining color: The plaid is just not that attractive; it really takes away from the stylishness of the sweater. A nice solid color, a bit lighter than the sweater color, would be perfect.
