Rated 4 out of 5 by John2b Wool pants: brown please
These are great pants, and I bought a pair over a year ago. To my surprise you do not offer them in brown anymore, yet offer them in green. Please offer them in brown again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LLBeanVAfan 4 stars but a bad hem
I purchased these in July 2015 for my husband. Due to the summer in Virginia, he did not wear them much, maybe a handful of times. Upon a recent washing (maybe the 2nd or 3rd), the hem came out completely in one pant leg. I paid $6.00 to have it repaired, but for the cost of these pants, that should not happen after they have been worn and washed so few times. Very disappointing for LLBean. I have ordered multiple colors of these same pants, without this problem, so I presume it was a fluke. I hope so. Just ordered a tan pair - might have waited if I had known. Maybe LLB will see this review and credit me the $6.00.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Hate2Complain A Little Better Stitching Would Go A Long Way
I own six pair. Three have stitching issues in less than a year! All different - 1 leg; 1 crotch; and 1 hem. I asked to have one fixed and was given a new pair. Overkill! Could have been fixed by a tailor in one minute. I couldn't bear to waste two more pair, so I paid to fix.I love the weight, look, and feel of the pants and would thus still recommend, but I'm guessing they could be sold a whole lot cheaper if Bean didn't have to replace so many.

Rated 2 out of 5 by HawaiiBean Not for humid climates ...doesn't hold crease
I bought these washable 100% wool natural fit "year round" pants for business use and travel. Unfortunately, they are not "wash and wear" and a "cool iron" doesn't help in restoring a crease or neat appearance. In humid climates like Hawaii and Guam, I noticed the crease and initial good fit started to droop affecting its fit appearance, unlike some of the microfiber slacks I like to wear during business travel. I am a long time LL Bean clothes "fan" but I am not satisfied with the "washable 100% wool natural fit pants." Especially when you consider the higher cost and business wear expectations.

Rated 3 out of 5 by bschneidva cuff seam disintegrated in 4 months
In general, I really like these trousers. bought three pair and had cuffs put on each. I like that they are warm, I like that they rarely wrinkle and are good for traveling. I like that the waist is self adjusting.
If I were redesigning these, I would add a tab to the single button waist closure, so that there is a tabbed button in addition to the single waist button.
The cuff stitching on one pair of these trousers totally disintegrated after four months of ownership, wearing them probably 3x a week. I have voiced my disappointment to L.L.Bean as I expect much higher quality control from their products.

The button on the waist band popped off after only wearing the pants about 4 hours. It was barely attached and poorly positioned. Will not be purchasing any more of these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by steve62351 Please make pants longer for longer cuffed inseam
These pants are great for me because they barely wrinkle, they are almost wrinkle free after sitting in them all day. All pants look better when they aren't wrinkled, especially in the crotch area. BUT, I also like a cuffed pant and the longest inseam you offer for these pants with a cuff is 33". That is too short for me. I wear your tall mens size medium shirts, and you offer many shirts in tall sizes, which I'm glad you do. But we tall guys have long legs, so we need longer inseam pants than 33. Please offer these pants with longer cuffed inseams. I order mine unfinished so my local seamstress can cuff them for me. She always tells me your pants aren't long enough to cuff them, but she usually figures a way to "cheat" on the height of the cuff itself to cuff your pants for me. Please make your pants with longer legs so they can be cuffed to at least 35".
