I have a wide food with a bunion, and wide calves. The boot fits nicely and I did lots of walking the first time I wore them. They are warm and comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5áby Pocogrammy perfect snow boot
I am completely satisfied with these boots....I ordered the size I normally wear, and they fit perfectly. I wore them snow tubing last week and they were comfortable, weren't too hot, and they kept me dry all day!!!

Rated 5 out of 5áby AlisonS Great boots
These are perfect winter boots- warm, light, waterproof and cute. Other reviews said they run small and tight but I didn't find that. I am usually a 7.5 or 8 and ordered a 7.5 and they fit perfect and are not too snug even with thick socks.

Rated 5 out of 5áby jlk4r Great boots for slush and deep snow
Love these boots! They have kept me warm and dry on the wet and slushy DC sidewalks and are also great for running around in 3 feet of snow in Maine. I rolled the dice and ordered a 9 1/2 since most sizes were out of stock (I am usually a 9 or 9 1/2, but with LL Bean boots, smaller is usually right) and with thick wool socks on or two pairs of socks, they fit perfectly. With thin socks, the heel cap does hit my ankle at a funny spot and rubs, but there is enough padding in the boots that with nice thick socks and pants layers it is not a problem. Also, if I had been able to get a size 9 I don't know if this would even be an issue - but when you wait to order snow boots in January, you have to take what you can get! Also love the turquoise laces.

Rated 4 out of 5áby Marjorie427 Very comfortable and keep my feet dry
I bought these boots in the middle of this winter. They came right away 2 days after I ordered when I was expecting them to take closer to a week. They are very comfortable, probably the most comfortable pair of boots I have owned. It feels like I'm wearing giant slippers that covers my legs. I have walked through deep puddles and snow drifts and they have stayed dry and there is great traction, I'm not one of those people that are walking extremely slowly through the snow piles and with these I can walk at a normal pace despite the snow piles and ice being on the ground. The left side is a little bit tight but not uncomfortable but other than that they are great.

Rated 3 out of 5áby ChicagoGirl21 I can't decide if these are THE boots
Our ugly Chicago winter is starting to melt. I don't think these boots are waterproof.
When I'm walking through snow, they are awesome, warm and dry. Now that I'm wallowing in slush, I'm cold and a little wet, despite the warmer temps outside.
Some reviewers say the boots are not true to size, but they fit me perfectly and are very good looking and the most comfortable winter boots I've ever worn.
But I'm still sitting here in my office with wet socks and cold toes.

Rated 5 out of 5áby KneeDeepinSnow Waterproof-warm-comfortable
This is the boot I have been looking for. Most winter boots have very little support and my back hurts from walking in them. These have the best soles, almost like wearing a sneaker in winter. To find the combination of comfort, AND waterproof is unheard of. The inside is very warm to make them pretty much the perfect boot. I will admit that the area close to the ankle is a little narrow and could be wider, but I can deal with it. I'm thinking about getting another pair.

Rated 5 out of 5áby RAMH Carrabassett Snow Boots
I purchased these boots primarily for use in shoveling out from snow storms and walking in unshoveled areas. They have met all of my expectations by keeping my feet warm and dry in dealing with almost foot deep snow and near zero temperatures, even though I have not worn socks with them yet. It's necessary to tie the stretchy laces in a double bow to keep them from loosening and becoming untied. Other than that, these boots have been a perfect, light weight update for my 21+ year old heavy insulated rubber Bean boots that I've used continuously since I purchased them for an Antarctic trip in 1992.

Rated 5 out of 5áby nyctobalt Runs Narrow but Fits Great with Thinner Socks
I have very narrow feet to begin with and was surprised at how tight they were across the top half of my foot. However, after trying on with thinner socks, the boots were great (I was just about the return them but thought I'd give them another chance). As the boots are very warm, you wouldn't really need to wear heavy socks with these (kinda defeats the purpose of them being "snow/winter" boots). I normally wear an 8 1/2 and they fit great length-wise. VERY COMFY, like you're wearing a sneaker, and the bottoms actually have traction unlike other snow boots out there. Waterproof, SUPER LIGHTWEIGHT and did I mention warm? Thank goodness this winter is turning out to be cold, snowy and slushy b/c I just get to wear these lovely boots even more!

Rated 2 out of 5áby tuxedocat not what I expected
I wanted to like these boots. They are attractive, and seemed true to size. However the laces and "tongue" are purely decorative, not functional. Therefore pants can't be easily tucked inside the boots, which is why I wanted high boots!
