This is a very warm, soft, comfortable and well-made top. XS fit was fine for 5'2", 112lbs. although a little roomy through the midsection. I returned it however because on me it just was not attractive. Perhaps another color would have been better (I ordered the elderberry), or maybe with a turtleneck (which I don't wear). The neckline seemed too "puffy" on me, and there was really no shape to the body of the shirt (on me--I know it's probably perfect on others). I felt like I was wearing a dark purple marshmallow when I ventured outside in it! Not the look I was going for... Sad that it did not work because it is a wonderfully toasty layer in a cold house, and nice that it is a pullover instead of having a full-length zipper. I did get a Comfort Fleece Quarter-Zip, and like the neckline on it much better. It also fits better through the body because of the seams.
(Hint, hint to L.L.Bean--bring back the Comfort Fleece Quarter-Zip!)

I would love to see this in red or crimson. I'm very happy with both the navy and black tops that I bought and would like to add a couple more.

i PURCHASED AND still love 4 OR 5 OF THESE COMFORT FLEECE V-NECKED SHIRTS A FEW YEARS AGO. i LOVE THEIR SOFTNESS, WARMTH, AND WEARABILITY. i WAS SO DISSAPOINTED THEY WERE NOT OFFERED IN 1X THIS YEAR. PLEASE PLEASE CONSIDER EXPANDING YOUR SIZES IN THEM NEXT YEAR. THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!

This is a nice fleece, tho not quite as cozy as in years past. And it runs a bit small if you like a roomy fit. I think the smallness is due to the more fitted style. I like to use V-neck fleeces lounging at home or reading in bed, so I like it to be roomy, comfy, cozy. I have one in Small from this past year and am living with it. However, I'm going to order one in Medium because I want some room! If it helps for your size reference, I'm usually a 6 (5'5", 125).

Thank you LLBean for helping me keep my heating costs down and my environmental responsibility up! All I have to do is pop this top on in a Pennsylvania winter and I am so toasty I can turn the thermostat down. I've had my first one for years and it still looks like it did when it came out of the package. Don't change a thing, this one is perfect!

I love this shirt! Rec'd for Christmas, and it is so nice! Color is perfect, didn't seem to shrink very much (thank goodness), I could easily buy one in every color.

This is a really nice fleece for wearing around the house, over pajamas -- whenever you want to just feel 'unbound' and cozy. But do size up. I typically wear a small, but the small in this, altho it fits, is not what I want for evenings in the house. I'm going to order another, but in a medium.

A wonderful cloud soft fleece shirt but runs a bit small - I ordered one size up which fits great after a washing and drying. Sleeves were a bit long - shirt did not shrink but the sleeve length did and are now the proper length.
