After trying on just about every pair of pants on earth, I have found pants that fit and flatter. These aren't high-end or low-end -- they are just sensible, comfortable, WASHABLE pants with pockets (Hello, cell phone! You have a home!) and will be worn multiple times per week. The navy works with navy garments I already own. The adjustable waist means I can have pants that fit in the hips AND in the waist. Now who do I have to bribe to get these made in gray -- a light shade and a dark shade, please. (I'll bake you a pie!)

I've worn LL Bean pants for years and particularly liked the Classic fit curvy style with a comfort waist. These pants aren't even close in quality or fit to those. Very disappointing to see LLBean make such a change,. I ordered a pair in the dark coffee and loved the color but the pants are on their way back. Off to find somewhere else to buy pants.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Happyladygolfer Good fit except length
I am 5'7", 140 lbs and short waisted which puts most of my height in my legs. I measured the inseam before I tried them on and it measured 29 1/2 " instead of 30 as stated. 1/2" is at least the difference between perfect and only OK. A 2" span between 30" Reg and 32" Med Tall is too much. I would love to see these pants in a 31" inseam. I had this problem with another pair of Bean pants with a 28" inseam instead of 30"for the reg length. Men aren't the only ones whose inseam lengths differ.

I am tall with medium build. 5ft9ins 180lbs size 18. These pants fit at the waist and rise but otherwise were far too baggy, too much material around hips and legs. Even though I am size 18 I still want a well tailored pant with at least a slight taper in the legs. Returned two pair. Postage Cdn$15.

Rated 1 out of 5 by busterbeanhead llbean abandons plump people
llbean has discontinued Classic Fit Curvy. When they discontinued petite I could at least hem them, now they are making Classic Fit three inches narrower than before. A larger size means they will fall down since the waist is much larger too. It is time to say goodbye to llbean.

I have at least a dozen pairs of these pants. The old ones are still going strong and fit great. Then you changed material and eliminated Womens petite sizes. Now I have to hem them The black ones fade quickly. It is impossible to find size 18W Classic Fit Curvy, which are the ones that fit, online.

If these pants had two back pockets, they would be perfect. I wish there were more colors.

Rated 2 out of 5 by OnlineOnlyNKy Not the same quality as in the past
I have two other pairs of these same Bayside Twill Pants, Classic Fit Straight-Leg Hidden Comfort Waist that I purchased a year to 2 years ago, which fit perfectly. I ordered these in the dark coffee in the same size as my others but these don't fit as well. Not to say they are too small or have a short rise, but they're not cut the same. I even put an old pair up against this new pair and you can see a visible difference. They FIT, and a size larger would make them too big, they are just not as comfortable as my older ones.

Rated 4 out of 5 Change in length
A few months ago I purchased two pairs of these pants and loved them! They fit very well and the petite length 28" was fine. When I ordered two more in different colors I found that they were about 6" too long. The reason I was given was that the company wasn't offering them in the petite length any longer! And that was that! If I keep them I will have to pay to have them altered. Not fair to suddenly change policy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by mcfitzsatx No TALL inseams for Plus sizes
I have purchased many pair of Bayside twills over the years and have loved them. However, now that I am a Plus size, I can't buy them anymore because I need a medium-tall inseam; 30 inches won't cover it.
Just because women are plus size doesn't mean they get shorter! Please, please, please offer these plus sizes in at least medium-tall inseams.
