Rated 2 out of 5 by squarefootgardner Very, very delicate fabric
This is a very fragile garment. It arrived in the mail and I was immediately surprised at how thin it was. The sand color is very useful and more taupe than tan, as I had hoped.
From the photo I thought this would be a thin, standard knit sweater. It is not. It is a translucent fabric with a fairly stiff hand for such a light cloth. I was worried it would look odd with a blouse under it and tried it on with several. It looks awkward with any patterned top under it - it shows through clearly. It did look good with both light and dark color sleeveless solid tops. Because of the stiffness of the fabric, you need to watch your slacks or skirts because a pocket or any angle makes it stick out - it goes not curve smoothly over the undergarment - it creates a clear bump. The sleeves look bulky with long sleeves under it unless they are very carefully chosen (Oxford shirts are not appropriate).
After trying it with several tops, I decided I would probably keep it, despite its limitations. Then I walked through the kitchen and it snagged on - essentially NOTHING - a slight irregularity in my counter I could not ever seen. One little tiny pull and the thread broke and opened a 1" hole in the sleeve. It ran and began to pull apart almost like a pair of nylons.
Since I figured I could not return it at that point, I got a fine needle and used the pulled thread to re-weave and mend the hole. I caught all the knit loops before they had unraveled more than a few rows.
I have honestly only once seen a garment this fragile before and - I must admit - it was another translucent sweater of a similar material. Loose woven silk scarves are significantly tougher.
I can't return it now but would not recommend this item to anyone else. I do not expect to get more than a dozen wearings out of it because I expect sitting at tables or leaning on desks will cause unsightly snags. This is an inappropriately delicate thread to make a knit fabric out of.

This is a wonderful cardigan with a lovely drape. I wear it unbuttoned, but it looks pretty good buttoned. It's lightweight and probably best for summer and spring, but with the warm weather in CA, I have worn it on our cooler autumn days.

I loved the color & fabric but the styling is very oversized for a small person.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anneliese Very thin; moderately shapeless
I returned this sweater -- I was looking for a lightweight spring/summer cardigan and this one looked good online but when it arrived, it was too thin and shapeless to suit my purposes. I tend to not like tissue-weight shirts and sweaters, however -- if that is what you are looking for, this cardigan would fit the bill. As with other items from LLB, I took an XS in this when I generally take an S in other brands.

This is the perfect weight for a breezy summer evening or a not so warm summer day. It drapes nicely without having too much fabric to get lost in. I purchased the coastal dune color which is a nice neutral that goes with everything.

This has become my "go to" summer sweater. It doesn't have much of a shape on its own, but the fabric has a nice drape so it's not boxy or clingy. I've washed it twice and it is still the same shape as when i bought it. It's definitely thin (and see through) but that makes it great over a tank or tee when there's a little chill in the air. I am 5'7" and the length is generous, which I like.

Great, light-weight cardigan at a good price (I've paid more for what seems to be the same quality). Purchased in Coastal Dune color and it's beautiful. Easy to dress up or down. Just wish they had more colors!

Rated 4 out of 5 by truther Beautiful cardigan, but...
I ordered this beautiful cardigan in the soft peach color, and when it arrived, I was very pleased with it. The size was true, and the fit was loose without being saggy baggy. The knit was very fine, so the cardigan looked dressy but it would also work well with blue jeans. The color was gorgeous and would have been fine with almost any clothes.
I specifically purchased this cardigan because it was linen, but what I neglected to read was the care instructions. I have several linen items that can be washed in the machine, so I assumed that this one would be safe to either hand wash or wash on delicate. But the label said Dry Clean Only. So, sadly, I returned it. Dry Clean Only is a deal breaker for me. Maybe in black or navy you could get by with cleaning it every three or four wearings, but this light peach would get dirty very easily.
Highly recommended if you don't mind dry cleaning.
