My girls school requires skirts that cover the knee when sitting. For winter season, those are impossible to find. This is the only skirt that fits the bill. I bought it in all patterns last year. I didn't buy it this year yet because I don't like the patterns - they are too busy, and only one color will look good on her. But I may break down and purchase at least one, because she is wearing two from last year nonstop and needs more.
Please keep making them, please add colors, including plain unpatterned ones. I really appreciate that you made them longer (two years ago the LLBean girl corduroy skirt was at or just above the knee).
If you added another model of a winter below the knee girl skirt to your product line, I would be beyond thrilled. NONE of the competitors carry that, both catalog and retail, low and high end.

I bought this skirt in all three colors this season. As I usually size up for my daughter, the size I got makes it fall below knee, but since the waist can be adjusted, it sits well and the longer length looks lovely on her. It's so twirly, girly and elegant. No girl should be without a skirt like this one!

My daughter is very particular about her clothes and she loves this cute skirt. Very comfortable and colorful. The edges of the fabric along the ruffles are unfinished, though. I am concerned about how this is going to wear.

This skirt is fantastic!!! If you still had it in a size 10 in blue we'd buy that one, too! It is knee length, which my daughter thinks is very sophisticated. I love it because the fabric is heavier (not knit but more like cords) and so it doesn't ride up when she wears tights. Great for my active little tree climber who likes to dress up but hates to play gently! She can even wear it in more mild weather without tights. Please make more like this one.

we really like this skirt, fit is perfect (and adjustable with a nice drawstring), soft and attractive material (thought my daughter said it was a little itchy inside - probably just needs to run it through the wash), good length, nice and modest for a young lady

This skirt just arrived, and my daughter loves it. Though it is big at the waist, the tie drawstring allows you to "take in" the waist without worry. Nicely made.

I bought the twirl skirt in calico sapphire. My 9 year old daughter loves it. The fit is great and it looks great with the gathered long sleeve tee in plum berry with applique and the three button swing sweater in thicket/green. She loves the look and says it is so comfortable. She gets compliments on it everywhere we go. Nice with leggings or tights.

I bought my 8 yr old 6x/7 it fit s great around the waist, also has a tie string so it can be made tighter if needed. the color are very bright, easily matches to any shirts. I love the length, private school need skirts that pass the knee. This is an excellent product, keep makig them, I'd love to keep buy them as she grows. maybe a spring collection of the same length.

The skirt is way too big in the waist and all similar sized items fit my daughter. Unfortunately we will have to send it back!
