They are required to wear a uniform, and these provide great coverage and the shorts underneath are soft and allow for movement. My only and biggest complaint is that these wrinkle like crazy...straight from the dryer. I have to steam these or send my kids to school with wrinkled skorts. Please make these so that they don't wrinkle! I will pay extra to have wrinkle free skorts! September 26, 2012

The fit is perfect and the adjustable waist is great for a slender child. She loves the critters. It washes well with no noticeable shrinkage. It does need a press, but irons quickly ... and looks great! September 29, 2010

Rated 4 out of 5�by Spoony Super Cute, Super Wrinkled This skort is adorable. The embroidered skorts are my favorite, because the little animals set this one apart from all the other school uniforms. The embroidery, sewing, cut, fit, and style are top quality. They are definitely comfy enough for the playground as well. The fabric is soft and durable, BUT wrinkles way too easily. They are a wreck straight out of the dryer; even though I iron them before my daughter wears them, by the time she gets home from school, they look messy again. I ordered easy-care fabrics for her to wear to school this year, just for the convenience factor. I prefer this item, but it's just too much hassle to deal with every school day. Otherwise, I would give five stars. July 23, 2010

The good points: the adjustable waist is great for my skinny little gals, the attached shorts are soft and not so long they hang out the bottom, and the style is really, really cute. I'd love to give it 5 stars, but can't because these come out of the dryer a wrinkled mess. I'm not a fan of ironing, and these must be ironed before each wearing. But for that one little detail, I love them! October 22, 2009

She loves the fit (true to size), the feel (soft peachy fabric, light-weight well-cut hidden shorts) and the color (classical, easy to match). I regret that she can only wear them outside of school. LL Bean, please make these skorts in gray next year - such a hard-to-find color for school uniforms! July 29, 2009
