A great throw - very soft and warm. great for taking the chill out! (no problems with shedding, pilling, etc). Washes/dries well.

I bought the green one - it is soft, warm, big, -- everything I could have wished for. This blanket has a big bonus as it turns out that my cats are crazy for it. They knead it, purr away, and sleep on it for hours. It is sturdy enough - no pulled stitches or holes from claws. It doesn't even seem to have much hair on it.
As I write this I am being glared at because they want it back. May buy a second for me.

Well,this is pure heaven for me! I did launder it before using and that worked well. There are some loose.stringy strands of thread that are not looking too swift but really in time they I guess will disappear!??The warmth is marvellous and I wondered which side to place next to me and I guess it is the sherpa side!?There is a slight odour but really so unimportant as this sherpa fills my needs of warmth and cosiness beautifully...I am thinking if this goes on sale to buy yet another one!!
I feel I have spoiled myself with this purchase and I think that a good idea as it is cold,damp and dreary weatherwise here and this bit of luxury is so welcomed and is not just a frill but a warm necessity for me!! ! require warmth for health reasons and this does the job perfectly...Another winner from L.L.Bean! I thank you so much for your designs,workmanship and novel products..Love,love my new sherpa fleece throw so very much!

This sherpa fleece throw is incredibly soft and warm. I love snuggling under it and my dogs like it too! Highly recommend for staying cozy when temps are low!

This thing is cozy, soft, and warm. Read the directions and wash it before you use it. I have had no issues with shedding. It's big enough to throw on my bed at night and delightful to snuggle up in on the couch.

I have the blue and it's beautiful. My 8 year old granddaughter slept over and in the morning upon awakening she came to kitchen with this throw wrapped around her with the soft white against her body. She loved it and I love it too. Good purchase! Would make nice gift for child or adult, especially nice for someone who is ill or in nursing home. Sale price makes it affordable.

I love this throw! It is just the right weight and warmth. I washed it before first using it (as per other reviews) and have not had any trouble with shedding.
However, my 13-year-old cat recently discovered it on the couch.
I'm not sure if "sharing" is in her vocabulary...time will tell!
(I gave it 5 stars but it only shows 4 when I review my info.).

This blanket is great! I love the loft and weight of it for cold winter nights. The fleece is short enough so as not to attract lint or pill.

The sherpa fleece is lovely and soft, like a stuffed animal - in a good way! Definitely needed to wash before use to get rid of some fluffy bits and a funny smell. The "fabric" side is weird and has a plasticky, smooth texture that is off putting. I am debating whether to keep this, the fabric is just weird. The warmth and size are nice.
