Rated 2 out of 5 by HalMe Touch Function Works; Not Wind, Water Resistant
These gloves fit well and function with touch screens, car doors, and other similar applications. The are not warm: Wind passes easily through them, chilling hands to the bone rather quickly. They are not water resistant: Snow melts on the gloves and penetrates immediately, making hands already cold even colder. Salt stains them easily. Because they fit well, I use them only when the temperatures are not too cold and as liners for other gloves.

Rated 3 out of 5 by OzarkCustomer Not exactly as advertised
I've lost count of the number of products I've bought from LL Bean and all of them have performed as advertised, above expectations, except this one. The glove fits wonderfully with great freedom of movement and covers the hand and wrist very well. However, the touch screen capabilities are really spotty so I ended up removing the glove after all while using my phone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by MLML1 Disappointing
These gloves are comfortable, fit well (I have a medium, and long fingers). The touch screen sensitivity was only spotty at best in the beginning, working maybe 75% of the time, and only if I found just the right spot on my fingertip. After a few weeks, the touchscreen sensitivity is about 10%, and I don't even bother anymore. Now I'm just removing the gloves like I was with my regular gloves before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Herls Warm smart gloves
The gloves are lightweight and kept my hands warm while snowshoeing and hiking. I use my smartphone to track my activity and I like that I don't need to take off the gloves to use my phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by rosebudz Better than I expected
These are better than I expected for what I needed them for. As a photographer I needed something that I use to take shots without having to remove my gloves. Good sensory feeling through the finger tips. However, and the reason I gave them a four, is that they are not very warm. The only way to really stay warm in these is to use Hot Hands warmers or a better outdoor glove. Which I eventually had to.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Marlex20 Perhaps it must be tight
I purchased the touchscreen glove and thought it was a bit tight.
Upon inspection, I found I purchased a woman's large. It did move the page on my Galaxy S4 but I would have to live with no blood in my fingers. I gave it to my daughter. I purchased a men's extra large and there was no moving the page so I exchanged it for a medium which will arrive in 3 to 4 months . I said what the hey, I'll buy the large. Lo and behold I could barely move the page, and I felt in danger of cracking the screen. I now wait for the medium to arrive in the spring when I may have no need of the sleek black glove.

Rated 1 out of 5 by GCap Not water resistant
I just got a pair of these gloves 2 days ago. As it happens, we are getting 6 - 10 inches of snow today. I was cleaning off my car, and pushed some snow with my hand, and it immediately got wet, inside the glove. They are not water resistant as advertised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lunaandtara Excellent gloves
This is the second pair of gloves in this style that my husband has purchased and I purchased the same pair in women's this year. These are exactly the right weight and they are very comfortable. The gloves are best when the weather is cold but not extremely cold (below zero). I highly recommend these gloves.

Unless you like your gloves to fit snugly, order them a size larger than what the Bean measuring system for size tells you. I was glad I did and they are comfortable.
Definitely more of a dress glove than a work glove. Not great for wearing for long periods in the severe cold we've been having and don't shovel snow while wearing them.
I like the attached clips that let you connect them so one won't get lost from the other. Will be a great off-season feature.
