Let me state I love my flannel shirts form LLbean. I HATE flannel sheets! I always feel like I'm sleeping on velcro. I'm Hot and sweaty, ugh hate them...Past sheet sets my wife had purchased have turned me off to ever wanting flannel sheets. But she had been dropping hints again this past fall that the bed was cold, not for the lack of me trying to warm it up. So I purchassed a set of these ultrasoft comfort flannel sheets for her for christmas. Thinking I would make her happy and maybe I could suffer it through and maybe she'd be warm and happier in bed with me. After all the name said "ultrasoft comfort" didn't sound like velcro at all. Well she was surprised christmas morning when she opened them and said "but you hate flannel" I said I know theres always the couch... I put them On the bed and was surprised at the softness of the sheets and they fit our queen sized Sleep Number bed great. While yes I'm a little too warm at times, they're not like velcro at all. I have to say I do enjoy the feel of them on my skin and she is very happy with them too. I would recommend to all those who hate flannel sheets they have owned before to give these a go, you might just change your point of veiw.

I love these sheets. I ordered two flannel plaid pillow shams and a solid colored Ultrasoft Comfort Flannel Sheet along with this plaid one. This makes four of these sheets I have ordered. They are soft and very comfortable. They are warm enough for winter, but not so heavy that they couldn't be used in the summer. I have always been very pleased with anything I have ordered from LL Bean. As usual, the quality is excellent.

These sheets are very comfortable and preform as advertised...however I felt that the price was a little high. I know you pay for what you get. I bought some flannel sheets about 5 years ago and they were a little nicer and about $30.00 less.
I would still buy them again. Fishman

These are without a doubt the best flannel sheets ever! They are so comfortable and warm. The only downside is that it is a struggle to leave the bed! If you buy them--I guarantee you won't be sorry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MidwestSusan Incredibly soft and warm
I wanted to find a different look for my bed. I decided on mixing a solid color fitted sheet with a plaid top sheet and matched it with a complimentary color LLBean polartec blanket. These sheets are made for the new-type extra deep mattresses so they are a little baggie for my older mattress. But the sheets themselves are incredibly soft! I have never felt anything so soft and warm. These are wonderful sheets. Buy them before the winter gets too cold.

I find blankets much too warm for this Indiana winter, two cotton sheets not enough, but one sheet and this lovely soft, warm, flannel, top sheet is perfect. Cozy warm, beautiful, and pretty.

These sheets have been washed twice and dried in the dryer. There has been some lint but not like other brands. There hasn't been much shrinkage and they end up softer each time they are washed and dried.

I have several of these. They are great to use as a mid to light weight blanket. We prefer the "feel" of a cotton or percale sheet so using them over the sheet as a light blanket is perfect for spring or fall. They also work well to layer for cooler weather. I got a few twin size for a "throw" in cold weather as they are longer and wider than a typical throw cover. Wash them in cool or warm water and dry on lower setting to help prevent shrinkage (lots of lint). Wish they came in purple.
