I received these as a gift and was shocked at the details in a pair of pajama pants! Not only are they a fantastic fabric, but there are extras in the way these are constructed that I would not expect in a pair of pajama pants. The waist band is a nice, wide, stretchy elastic that isn't too snug but can be adjusted if necessary. They shrunk just a little which is what I was hoping for because the small was slightly long for my 5'2" frame. The dogs are printed on, not embroidered.

I love these pj bottoms! So comfy. The cotton is very nice and a great weight. Not flimsy like some pj's. I especially like the pockets on them. I can put kleenex in them or treats for the animals when I need to. I like the fit on these because they are roomy- not binding or tight at all. I know some other reviewers didn't care for the fit. I think it's just a matter of preference. I prefer mine on the bigger side because I can move around in them with ease. I ordered a L and they are a bit big, but like I said, that's ok with me.

these pj bottoms are not for you if you want soft and cozy. they are a crisp fabric perfect for summer. the henley tops that go with them are regular cotton knit. i have 2 pair of these and will buy more.

I had hoped to love these pajamas. The color was pretty, but the legs are huge. Back they go.

Rated 3 out of 5 by jl2000 Fit like an old man's golf pant
These are very soft and incredibly well made. Thus it is unfortunate that they are hideous. This was my first LL Bean pajama purchase. I'm 5'9, 135lbs and got the small. The sizing was fine if that helps anyone else (maybe a little short in the leg, but not bad). However, these pants are pear shaped and high waisted with a slight taper toward the ankle.Combined with the large scale plaid, the overall effect is not relaxing lounge wear, but rather of loud golf pants. I also purchased the seasonal flannel pajamas and they are cut similarly (thought the print is different so they are less horrible). I don't like pear shaped pants, so I think LL Bean pajamas are not for me.

I bought a pair of these several months ago and they are the nicest sleep pants I have ever had. They are super comfy. They look nice right out of the dryer. I also bought a cap sleeve t-shirt to match.

PJ's are cute to look at but I have found the material to be very stiff even after washing them- my only complaint.- not cozy. They could use a little touch up with an iron after washing but not necessary. They are very warm and the fit is consistent with the sizing.

Substantial material that washes well so far with no noticeable shrinkage. I like that they are not low rise and flimsy like so many cotton PJ bottoms. These are not form fitting or particularly "sexy", but I was looking for a comfortable, good quality PJ bottom, and these fit the bill. The poplin, though smooth and soft, makes a little "swishy" sound right now, but that may wash out eventually. Good value for the money.

I own so many pairs of LL Bean's pj bottoms. They're consistently comfortable, cute, and well made. I really like the print on these pj bottoms and I'm looking forward to wearing them. They fit a little different than years past as these have front pockets, but my usual size still fits fine. Give them a try.
