These are very cute sandals, the color is great and the height is good but these did not fit. I ordered an 8 based on reviews and they were just slightly to short. I would have eagerly returned them for a 9 but I could not even get one sandal on my other foot. The one that I did get on was very, very tight. I hate reordering them to try to wear them to stretch them out so I will just return these 8's and look for something else. Too bad, they are cute and would be great for summer.

I was so hoping these wedges would be a fit. I was looking for some new back to school shoes, i am a Guidance Counselor and do quite a bit of walking. When I tried them on, initially they weren't comfortable. I walked around the house and I could tell my feet and "them" were not a match and I would probably wear some blisters. They seemed to be larger in width too and my foot is on the wide side. Sadly, I knew they had to be returned.

Searched for a good pr. of sandals to wear with capris and skirts. The reviews about these being wide was very helpful. Wore them 8 hrs. the first time and they were very comfortable.

Well made shoe and very cute. I am sorry I was not able to keep mine. I have bunions and need a little wider toe area. These shoes seem to fit average in width; and one size longer in length. I usually wear a size 7. The size 7 was to long for me. I then ordered the size 6. It fit perfect in length but a little to narrow for me. I would recommend these shoes for someone who does not have bunions. I give it only 4 stars as I wish LL Bean carried shoes in regular and wide width.

I've been looking for a simple brown summer sandal that I could 'dress up' and these fit the bill. Comfortable, the heel isn't too big and goes with shorts, pants and skirts. Just what I needed.

Love this sandal, but it runs both long and wide. I wear size 8, which is what I initially ordered; after receiving the shoes and trying them on, I had to return the size 8 for 7. The 7's fit almost perfectly--they are still a little bit wide, but not so much so that my feet slip around or that they are uncomfortable. I love the shade of brown leather, the height of the heal, and the padding/support the sandal provides. They can be worn both with casual outfits and clothing that is a little dressy.

I liked the style and I thought they looked comfortable. Unfortunately, they were very uncomfortable for me and I am sending them back. Seemed like my whole foot hurt from bend at toe to arch to heel. I wear an 8.5 and ordered an 8 based on others' comments. The size seemed to be fine and did not seem short. Maybe I should have gotten a 9. But they are so uncomfortable I do not want to even try.

I purchased this sandal to wear running around town on errands with the kids and also to wear with a summer dress for nights out. This shoe is practical and versatile in this way. Very comfortable while also providing timeless style.
Customer Service was great! The initial pair I ordered had a small marking on the top, center strap, and what appeared to be a tiny water spot/stain. I called LL Bean and they thanked me for calling and giving them the opportunity to make it right, sent another pair to me the same day along with a postage paid return shipping label for me to send the first pair back.
I think these will be my "go to" comfty summer sandals for casual get togethers when I want more than flip-flops.

I LOVE LL Bean but I have soooo many problems with their shoes....they are always wide. I wear a size 6 and unfortunately can't go down a size since 6 is the smallest they offer. I can get away with the boots or any shoes that require socks since they provide more cushion but summer shoes are next to impossible. These sandals arrived and they are beautiful and seem to be comfortable but too wide and long.

Loved how these look online but disappointed once received. The length was good but it was extremely wide to the point I would just fall out of them. The footbed is nice and cushy but the leather itself looks and feels kind of cheap. Sadly returning.
