Rated 4 out of 5 Great shoe!
I really love these shoes. They are adorable! I get many compliments from both teens and grownups. They fit my somewhat short, wide foot perfectly. The arch support is in the right place for me, and there is plenty of room in the toe as well. They are as comfortable and supportive as athletic shoes, but they're a whole lot cuter. I am a high school librarian, on my feet about 10 hours a day. The first day I wore them, I brought another pair of shoes in case they got uncomfortable. But they were great from day one. The only thing I sort of don't like is that the strap is not adjustable at all. But really, that just makes them stay on better. It's no big deal. Also, I love the colors and am finding that they go with much more of my wardrobe than I thought.

Overall I am happy with this purchase. These shoes seem to be a bit big and do better with socks. I have flat feet and there is a slight arch to them, although they are not as cushioned as shoes I normally wear. For the price, they are great.

My 3rd pair of Keen shoes (kinda my 4th, my puppy ate 1 of them and I bought another pair of same thing). These shoes are too cute and so comfortable. I used to wake up in the am with awful foot pain from plantar fasciitis, then I realized suddenly it stopped when I wore these Keen's. Now this is all I try to wear, so I keep buying them!
Best thing ever!

Rated 5 out of 5 by boobytrap very cute and super comfortable!!!
I had read some prior reviews saying these were not that comfortable, but I completely disagree!! The arch support is great, and the look is also great...so I bought another pair as soon as I had worn these for a day! I LOVE THEM!

These are the most uncomfortable shoes ever. The back is REALLY hard. I tried them and knew right away there was no way I would walk around in them. Feels like the back is turned in and cutting into your heel. Don't even bother trying them since it will cost you $6.50 to return them. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee. Will never order from LL Bean again. For that price I'll rather try a local store.

These shoes are so cute! The colors are true to the pictures. Like other reviews the band across the top is a little stiff (why only 4 stars) but not so much so that I would have to send them back. It is nice to have a pair of shoes that I can work in as a fine gardener that don't look like "work boots".

Fabulous shoe! Solid with lots of support. I Get tons of compliments on these shoes! I did order 1/2 size smaller than normal and they are perfect! The strap across the top of the foot did take some breaking in, but now I have no issues.

I've ordered lots of shoes from LL Bean and this is the first pair I'm sending back because they are so incredibly uncomfortable. I don't think there is any possibility of breaking these in at all. They are so stiff and tight,

Rated 5 out of 5 by Samantha0427 awesome shoes!
Love these shoes already! I have had them a couple of weeks and they are great - wear them outdoors and gotten them wet and they dry quickly and don't stink! Fit wide - I have a wide foot and wear a 9 1/2 or 10. I bought the 9 1/2 bc of other reviews and they fit perfectly! I am planning on wearing them to work too. very versatile and casual. love the funky color! have good support too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pokeyclown Merry Janes
Never liked the idea of an adult woman wearing Mary Janes. But these cuties melted my tiny little heart. So I simply renamed them ?Merry Janes?. Afterall, as the very 1st reviewer said on March 7, 2013, these are ?happy shoes? and ?so cheerful to wear?. It?s true. Choose the ones that make you smile. Both?
This size 6 is much longer and wider than a true size 6. So I wear little sockettes with them, and wear them to the doctors' since they?re easy to slip in and out of. For longer treks I hope to use their roominess to my advantage by inserting my orthotics, which need the extra room. Would prefer an adjustable strap and hope the fixed strap relaxes over time. If not, I?ll continue to wear them without my orthotics. The arch support makes them super comfortable.
Yes, these shoes make you smile, and smiling is good for your health. Some people say ?cheese? to put a smile on their faces. But when I want to smile, I say ?these, please!? There, - a double smile!
