Not sure seersucker fabric should be made in black. At least this one looks faded even when brand new. Otherwise great dress.

Although this dress was not at all for me, I would still recommend it. Very nice material, very well made, & a very pretty blue seersucker. If you've got the figure that can wear it, go for it! On me it was a total disaster. Too slim at the hips & rather tapered towards the hem. Very unflattering. The top part of the dress was huge on me & gaped everywhere. It would seriously need to be taken in, about 2 inches. And very, VERY short. Several inches above my knees.

I unfortunately returned this dress. I am 5'5 & 150 lbs. with an pear/hourglass figure and this dress just made me look like a box! Not only was it short (not ridiculous, though), but the waist was way too low. I felt like a child in a, albeit cute, summer dress. I recommend this dress for someone with a straighter, taller figure.

I was so looking forward to the arrival of this dress. I purchased the shorts in the royal blue and love them.
Hence, I ordered the royal blue in a 0
Reg. Although the length was as pictured on the model, the dress was huge on me . I am 5' 4" about 100 lbs. It was too high-waisted and too wide overall. Not for my figure.
It is a nicely made summer frock, though not cut for a small boned frame who does not have petite proportions in body legnth. The petite would have been even higher waisted,although a slimmer body cut.
Many reviewers love this dress as it is cute and fresh, but it is not my cut.

As other reviewers have stated, this dress is much shorter than pictured. But it fits perfectly on me otherwise and there is about an inch of hem that can be let out. So I am going to keep it and do that.

I really wanted to like this dress. Nice fabric and love the strech. I am 5'5" and the slit in the back is reaching my rear end. It is much shorter on me then in the picture. I also don't like how the straps are just buttoned on. The end of them is having a hard time staying in the dress. Sorry but it has to go back.

Loved this dress. Thank you for offering this seersucker dress in PETITE!> I brought it in navy and black. Great fit and for once I did not have to alter a dress at all.
I got petite 8 and it fit perfectly. I am 5'1" and weigh about 120lbs. At 65 yrs, this dress was NOT too 'girlish" but conservativc.classic and stylish. And best of all, it's comfortable and easy to pack for travel. requires little or no ironing.
Thank you for this classic, TAILORED dress. I hope you will offer more of this type of look/ and fitted line of dress.

I love this dress. I have a high waist and curvy figure and the cut and cloth is super flattering - I can wear it to work with a cardi or to a cocktail party with the straps off. Let's put it this way: I like it so much, I bought the black one too.

I bought this dress just to wear on casual summer nights and it is perfect! I love that you can detach the straps. It is a lot shorter than it looks on the model, but I'm happy with that.

This is a really cute dress and I absolutely loved the colors, the feel of the fabric, the adjustable or removable straps and the fitted style. It is almost a perfect summer wear-for-any-occasion dress. BUT, it's just too short. I'm just under 5'7" and if I were to bend over even slightly in this dress, the small slit in the back would reveal my booty. Just 2 more inches of fabric would have made it PERFECT!
