I used this bag for three weeks in Iceland and several weekends in the Whites. It was definitely the least expensive -20 bag I could find anywhere, and works just as well! The down got a little wet at nights from condensation, but stayed pretty lofted which was great. It also gets smaller and lighter then just about any other bag I could find.
Only reason I didn't give it five stars is that after about 2 weeks of consistent backpacking use it began to lose some of its loft, but after a quick round in the dryer it popped right back. So if you're doing a long winter trip you might want to consider something else.

Finally a bag that fits me. At 6' 4" I always ended up compressing the material at the bottom of my bags and suffering cold toes, but not with this one. I've been atop the Whites on the coldest nights and been borderline sweating. Even though the mummy style narrows at the legs, there is still just enough room (barely) to be able to reach down and access your feet to remove socks or whatever. The only real downside, which is pretty trivial, is that the zipper is on the left. This is opposite most other bags and tents and means I can?t roll over and heed nature?s call out the tent door without leaving my bag.
