I carefully checked the sizing to get the correct size and found I was both a size larger than I thought and a long torso. This fits perfectly. The underwire bra looks and feels great--I am a DDD and this has the perfect blend of coverage, with some cleavage. I ordered 4 LL Bean swimdresses to try and 2 had very deep cleavage and the other didn't have enough support. This one was perfect. Looks like a 2-piece without the risk of belly exposure (in a size 18, who needs that!). Love it and I can see many days in this suit!

Love this bathing suit. It is slimming, flattering and trendy, which is nice for someone who doesn't have a perfect bikini body (4 kids later). A bit hard to wriggle into, but is pretty comfortable once on. Seems very high quality and built to last. This is the 3rd LLBean bathing suit I've bought over the years, and I'm never disappointed. The suit lasts longer than the style, so worth the money. I bought my dress size 12, in the long version, and fits great. I'm only 5'6" but the long seems perfect. The only thing I'd say is the colour looks different online. I bought the "royal violet" and it looked more blue-ish purple, like LLBeans China blue or Cornflower blue, but is as grape-purple as you can get, not a hint of blue. To be fair, it looks purple in the catalogue, but online it looks blue-ish. Still, it's a nice colour so I'll keep it.

Very satisfied with the fit , color and look of this swimsuit. Was afraid first that it would make me look to dated but was pleasantly surprised. It looks much more updated when you are wearing it. And it covers all of the parts that need a little help with. Also, love the color. I did go down a size after reading some of the other reviews and glad that I did, because it does run a little large. Thank you LLBean for the great service!

I was totally discouraged until I found this bathing suit. If you are worried about a muffin top, or tummy bulge (like me) this suit holds and supports everything, and looks great! My only suggestion is that they might want to alter the skirt a little bit - maybe adding a slit on each size. Great slimming suit - highly recommend!

This suit fits great. It's modest but not uptight. I was looking for a suit that would hide my not so perfect post child figure without looking like too stodgy. This suit is just the trick, Would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Shopping for swimwear is daunting for most of us, and on-line shopping adds another level of uncertainty; but I took a chance on this suit and am thrilled.
It fits like a glove, I ordered my normal size and did not size up as I tend to do with swimming suits. The slimming panels smooth without feeling constrictive. The skirt length is just right - I am 5'9'' and ordered the long. I had breast cancer surgery, with reconstruction, and the bra is very supportive and comfortable.
When I tried it on, I walked into my husband's home office and he said, "Wow, that suit looks great on you!" So, yes, I am keeping it.

Love the look of this swimsuit. It was advertised in the magazine ALL YOU as a slimming one and they are right. It is very sliimming in the mid section and abdomen where some of us middle aged women can use it!!!!

The material quality seemed good, but I returned this plus-size suit because it was too cumbersome for me to put on and off....I think that a two-piece with separate "boy" shorts would be more convenient.
