This solid maple bed is made right here in Maine. The sturdy wood is handsanded as part of a five-step process that results in a long-lasting and durable finish. Solid hardwood slats offer excellent mattress support, so there's no need for a boxspring. Gently curved headboard, clean lines and a classic platform base. Use up to four underbed storage drawers, sold separately, under any size bed. Sturdy casters. Cinnamon is a stain; Ivory has a painted finish.

Was higher than I expected, but we love it! The bed is in a very small guest room and it looks beautiful all on its own with a small side table and lamp. We chose a queen size bed with white finish and it looks great!! May 23, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5�by JohnnyGNY Excellent bed I ordered this bed for my 4 year old so that he could have his first "big boy bed". I spent a lot of time researching beds because I am very particular. I hate furniture that is made of engineered wood or has veneers - it does not last. We selected the full size bed with the cinnamon and I must say it's gorgeous. Solid maple, beautiful rich brown color and very well built. Every screw goes into metal so that you do not have to worry about the wood holes getting stripped in the future and can easily break the bed down if you have to move it. The headboard is high enough so that a very thick mattress will not obscure it. Bed came very well packaged and was flawless out of the boxes - not a scratch or blemish. My son will use this bed until he's ready to go out on his own. Excellent purchase and highly recommended. May 8, 2013

The bed seems very sturdy and well made. It was easy to assemble with the help of my teenage daughter. I am considering ordering another one for another child. The quality is exceptional and the bed seems like one that my daughter will use for a very long time. April 11, 2013

The bed slats were cleverly held together with mesh ties that then unfolded easily on the bed frame. I almost cut them off before I realized how it worked. Might be easy not to notice that in the instructions! April 10, 2013

We bought this for a guest room and it is perfect. This is truly a quality piece - beautiful wood (no particle board) and the finish is gorgeous.
