Rated 4 out of 5 by gazellintraining Not quite what I expected
These pants have lots of good qualities, however, the were not quite what I was expecting, mainly because the fabric was extremely thin! I actually feel quite naked when wearing them! Too flimsy for my taste but the multiple zip pockets and general construction was superb. The lining inside the waistband was a nice touch and keeps things tucked in or is very soft to the skin if not tucking in.
I normally wear a size 10 and ordered the Medium. They are quite loose which I thought would be okay so I could tuck shirts in but now I feel they just look a little sloppy. I'm afraid if I get the smaller size they will show underwear lines, etc. because the fabric is so thin. As usual, I'm not on the size chart! Haha.

Rated 4 out of 5 by NoNicknameIdeas Amazingly comfortable--but not durable at all
These pants are almost absolutely the perfect hiking pants. They are so light and comfortable that they feel like I'm wearing air. If they get wet, they dry incredibly fast. They pack down small and take up almost no space at all. They are cool in hot weather, but I'm also perfectly happy wearing them when it's chilly. Did I mention how wonderfully comfortable they are?
However, despite how much I love wearing these pants, they have a serious flaw: durability. I've never had a pair of pants that were so easy to damage. Every time I wear them, I find more snags in the material, and now there is a gaping hole where I rubbed my leg slightly against a rock. These are supposed to be hiking pants, but they don't survive the outdoors very well.
I agree with the other reviewers that said the pants stretch a lot. They start to sag by the end of the day. If not for that, they would fit perfectly in my normal size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Frogger44 Almost a winner
Haven't worn these yet -- may have to return item if I can't figure out a way to take waist in to fit me. The waist gaps.
However, my first impression is that the fabric is wonderful -- very light weight so it should dry quickly, and should be very comfortable for hikes, travel, etc.
If I can get waist to fit and then wear the pants, I will return for further update.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Caffe Very nice but runs large
These are great lightweight comfortable pants but they do run large. I ordered 2 sizes down. Colors are not great. Would prefer a lighter grey or black. They run short. I'm 5'4" and they're barely long enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Longtime Really comfortable pants for warm weather
I use these pants for everyday wear ... with a polo shirt and belt, they can go to lunch in town -- as well as trekking. Very light weight and smooth fabric is comfortable for warm weather when shorts might be inappropriate. The bay leaf green is a greyish-green that is very pleasant and goes with a lot of colors. A tiny bit long for a 5'5" woman ... but not so long that they need shortening. Rather, they nicely cover running or walking shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Brightstar Love these trekking pants and shorts
These pants and shorts are the most comfortable trekking pants and shorts I have ever worn. I actually live in them they fit so well and are lightweight, which keeps me cool. They also have convenient pockets for keys, cell phone and ID, which I carry with me on my hikes. I have purchased 2 pair of pants and 5 pair of shorts in different colors. I wanted to stock up incase they were discontinued. They also wash and dry nicely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by outsideone super pants
Thought these were a little thin feeling when first rec'd. Wore them camping, hiking, & biking--they were extra comfortable, did not overheat and seemed hardy as well. If anything, they could be just a tad longer..but you wouldn't want them to be dragging through turf when hiking, plusses & minuses. Anyway, I love the pants!!
