Great quality just like the 30 year old pair these replaced. Thirty years ago I wore a size 10 shoe and the old LL Bean size 9 fit fine. I now wear a size 11 and ordered size 10. They were huge!!! Called customer service who politely/efficiently/very quickly replaced the size 10 with size 9 which still are a little larger than expected. I read the LL Bean recommendation for proper fit but the product sizing has changed over the years. Once you find the correct size, you will be pleased with your purchase. The shoes are very good quality material/workmanship and I highly recommend them.

L.L. Bean Rubber Mocs are a perfect choice for wearing around a tent camp after a day of hiking or hunting. They're easy to slip on in the dark, provide excellent foot protection, and have waterproof, non-slip soles. They come in and array of sizes and widths for any sock combination required for a comfortable, long-lasting footwear system. They're work so well it's tempting to leave the lace-ups in camp.

I ordered these Mocs for my husband to slip on when we are out camping and when he walks the dogs in the wet grass. He wears a 10 1/2, so I ordered a size 9 as the directions for fitting stated. They were delivered within 3 days and fit just perfect. He wears cotton sport socks with his tennis shoes and will also work well with his new Mocs. There is no slippage on his heels. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Ordered one size smaller, as instructed. They are still too large. Laces are for looks only and are not functional as the laces are on the inside of the tongue.

These seem to fit a full size larger than other shoes sold here, and elsewhere. Choose to exchange as the quality is so much better than elsewhere!

Anyone would fall in love with the timeless and handsome design of these shoes and I want to own some in many colors. I really want to have the Bison type (UY281841) in wide EE sizes but they are not manufactured at this time. These shoes wear well and hold up for many years so it makes it hard to justify buying new ones. Great shoes!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Iniki Nice shoes, but they slip off while walking
These shoes are very comfortable while standing. However, while walking they slip off the heel of my foot and rub my heel. The rubber soles are stiff and this is what seems to cause the problem, even with the shoe string pulled tight. They don't seem to "break in" to eliminate this problem.
The lace-up style would prevent this problem.

Very comfortable, but make sure you adhere to the sizing info. I normally wear a 11.5 but ordered the 10 and they fit perfectly. Look cool too. Customer service is above and beyond what one would expect. highly recommend this company.

A great "go to" shoe for walking the dog or wearing to work on a rainy or slushy day. I have owned this pair for 3 years now and I use them just about daily to walk the dog in the dewy grass or in lighter snowfall or slush. Love them! Can't go wrong with these shoes.

I knew these were just what my husband wanted so I ordered them for him for Christmas. The size 7 was way too large and there are no smaller boots in a men's size. He usually wears a 7 1/2 or 8. I had to return them. Too bad! Costly to send back from Canada
