Normally I must buy a wide shoe, so I am always hesitant to buy a medium width shoe online. I purchased these and had no trouble at all with them right out of the box! They seem to stretch just a tad and are very, very comfortable. My normal size is a 6 1/2 wide, but I bought a 7M since other reviewers said they ran about a half size small. I think I could have even worn a 7 1/2 with no problems. The red is a gorgeous color and I'll probably buy more when they are on sale again and have additional colors.

These shoes are very light. They're very comfortable right out of the box with no break-in required. The arch support is nice, and the lining is smooth so you can wear them without socks. The fabric binding around the shoe is stretchy and doesn't pinch. The toe box provides enough room. I ordered my regular size so I'm not sure why other reviewers stated they ran small. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will order another pair.

I ordered a half size up, 9 1/2, based on other reviews and they fit just right. I bought black and then liked them SO well, I ordered the same in tan nubuck. They are comfortable for a day's shopping, with an arch support that I need. they are cute and classic and go with a variety of clothes. Made in Brazil.

These skimmers are definitely cute and cumfy but ordering 1/2 size up as recommended by LL Bean and other reviewers was still not adequate. I had to return and order another 1/2 size larger. The toe box is snug on these flats but even at the larger size the heel fit remained fine due to the very stretchy edging.

I almost didn't order these shoes due to the negative reviews. I think these little shoes are very comfortable and very cute. I have wide feet, but usually wear a 6 B or 6 1/2 B. Since reviews seem to indicate it was a narrow shoe, I ordered the 6 1/2 B. What a surprise, although they are on the narrow side, they fit my wide feet perfectly. With most narrow shoes I can't get my feet in the shoe or get blisters within minutes of wearing them. Not so with these shoes.
They are very well made, with nice soft leather, and the elastic around the top is very comfortable because at the heel it is not elastic but a piece of leather. I have bought shoes that had elastic all the way around and at the heel I kept getting blisters so can't wear them. Nice touch LL Bean.
I recommend these shoes. Not too sure why all the negative reviews. I'm quite picky about my shoes.

I have had trouble in the past getting the right fit, but these fit perfectly & are soft & comfortable right away -- no "break in" with these shoes. I ordered my regular size in red (which I consider a neutral color that goes with just about everything) & am very happy with my purchase.

I bought these in red and black at great sale price for the day.
I was a little worried, because I have a BUNION on both feet.
These shoes have a STRETCHY band around the shoe, attached to the SOFT leather.
I did order up a half size, glad I did. I can wear these shopping all day with a nylon footie.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes. No pain!!!
The color red and black are really pretty, the white band around the heel is a fun touch.
If you have any size bunion problem, try these shoes. You will love them also, like me. 2012

I bought these on the 2-A-Day Daily Markdown. In red. The color is more of a beautiful, warm burgundy. I ordered 7 which is my regular size. They are adorable and fit well. I like also that the upper is made of leather, which hopefully will translate to longer shoe life and healthier feet for me in summer.

I took the advice of many reviewers before me and ordered a half size up. They fit perfectly. A little tight through the toes, but they are leather and will stretch. Great arch support. A good bargain!

I bought these a while back and found them stiff, too small, and generally uncomfortable. I returned them and didn't exchange for another size as they were just soooo cardboard-like. HOWEVER, the slide/ shearling-lined slippers I just bought in my regular size (9) are the best! Same with the mocs for my husband (10 W). The slides for him had to be sent back as they were a tad small.
