Rated 3 out of 5áby momosmom On Second Thought....
I reviewed these pants earlier but don't know how to edit that review, so I'll add this. The fabric looks polished and crisp, but after wearing the pants for a few hours, I found them not so comfortable. Because of the higher percentage of spandex than I'm used to, they're too much like a (gentle) girdle for my liking. I like loose-fitting clothing, and most pants with a little stretch in them give quite a bit after you're up and about. These stayed too close to the body for my taste, but that doesn't mean they're bad, just not what I prefer. I'm going to try the "Washed Chinos" now and see how they do. Please LL Bean:
Bayside Twills. Favorite Fit. Nothing fancy in the waist. Tiny amount of stretch. Just like you used to make. Thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5áby momosmom Haven't washed yet but totally love these
Finally! I've been trying to get LLBean khakis in a classic style but not the teeny, high-rise Bayside waist (the comfort waists in the other Bayside cuts are bulky and uncomfortable to me). The Favorite Fit khakis are gone. The stretch twills were a cheap-looking fabric. This one is slightly polished, but I think it looks nice, not cheap. They fit just right and are actually extremely comfortable (just-right stretchy). I ordered three more pairs so I hope they don't shrink as some other reviewers have warned. I plan to wash in cold and line dry.
And BTW, LLBean, I couldn't find these on the site till I typed in the style number. They came to my attention in the sale flyer with another order, or I would never have found them.

Other reviewers have a valid point-these will shrink. After one washing, Mid-Tall are now Petites.

Rated 2 out of 5áby cashmeremom Not seasonless - disappointing
These are not seasonless, they are more like thin chinos. Fabric is cheap looking. They did shrink in length but that was fine with me as the length became perfect. But fabric is not something you would wear to work, definitely not dressy. The zipper is very strangely short, about 3.5 inches, much shorter than jeans. The pockets do gap, as someone else noted. And, the black attracts link like honey to flies.
I wanted to like these, but they don't fill the bill.

Ugh...and I really loved these pants!!! I washed them as directed and lined dried them (I honestly did) and they still shrank! After the first wash, they shrank so much they were un-wearable.

Rated 5 out of 5áby Cantabrigian New Favorite Pants
Let me preface this review with one caveat: the pants I bought in September were called "Tailored Stretch Twill Pant Button Front Misses, 8, Regular, Black." I am uncertain whether these are the exact same item - they look the same but are now called "Seasonless." I wonder if that means the fabric is different from the ones I own. That said . . . these are my new favorite pants (LLBean, please keep making them in the fit that I purchased, including a 29" inseam!). I have two pairs in black and one in tan. I love the heavy weight of the fabric. I am toying with buying another pair but wish there were more colors - the same fit in denim or corduroy would be great too! I find the black twills more flattering than the tan- I'm not sure whether it is just due to the color or some other factor. Since consistency of fit and sizing has suffered across many brands in recent years, I have had a terrible time finding pants that fit. My problem has become more pressing since I have lost a little weight in recent months and have had such difficulty finding pants that I have taken to wearing skirts (not my first choice). I am not a particularly odd size either - I am currently an 8 (with a 29" inseam). I think these are the only pants I have bought in the past year - YEA THEY FIT! One con: I have noticed, as other reviewers commented, that the texture of the black fabric attracts fuzz. For me the other benefits outweigh this issue, but it may be a bigger problem for pet owners. Also, due to the warnings about shrinkage, I have not put these in the dryer. I wash them on delicate and hang them to dry after washing, and I don't think mine have shrunk. I am happy with these pants.

Rated 2 out of 5áby Zeisel Disappointed
I had high hopes for these pants but was sorely disappointed when I actually wore them. While they are not uncomfortable to wear, the pockets flare open most unbecomingly. I bought these in black, a mistake, as it attracts and shows every little fuzzy, hair and what have you. But most disappointing, they shrank in the wash and end now above my ankle, even though I ordered the medium tall.

Rated 4 out of 5áby SedonaAZ Comfortable, but pockets gap
While the fit of these pants is quite comforatble, the pockets gap. I suppose if you weren't curvey that wouldn't be a problem. I debated whether to return them, but overall they look good and are quite comfortable, fit reasonably well, so I kept them.

Rated 2 out of 5áby Robin66 Not at all flattering
I bought the seasonless stretch twill pants with the side zipper, and I loved how they fit. They were stone color, so I decided to get a pair in black also. However, the side zipper pants are not available in black in my size. So I ordered what I thought were the same pants with a front zipper, in black. The fit is not even close. These front zipper ones fit tight around the waist and the side pockets bulge out in an unflattering way. I will be returning them.

Rated 3 out of 5áby mmrudy Shrink, shrank, shrunk
Upon arrival, these pants, a petite size 12, fit well. Gaps in the pocket area (oh well) and a little loose. Obviously, size 10's would be too tight. The length was excellent. After one wash in warm water, the pants again fit well, a little better perhaps. But the length had shortened to above my ankles. They will be returned.
