Rated 3 out of 5áby Clara29 Big difference in fabric between colors
I ordered one pair in gray, which are lovely and fit perfectly. The second pair, in black, has an unpleasantly shiny fabric, which tore in two places within the first two weeks I wore it. It was also too long, despite ostensibly being the same size.

Rated 3 out of 5áby karmarex Boot cut perfect pants have changed:(
I use to love the perfect fit boot cut pant when they first came out. They were fitted with a slight flare at the bottom. When those wore out I reordered. The ones I received were of inferior material and weight. They also were more shapeless...straight leg and wider rather than a slight flare at the bottom. I am disappointed in the quality of LL Bean clothes in the last 5 years. The material is getting thinner, the sizing is inconsistent. Even in the same style two pairs will fit differently. The seams don't feel right. They just are not the pants they use to be and I am sad. They have been the mainstay of my working wardrobe and now I have to look elsewhere.

Not for women who carry their weight around the middle. The description states fitted hip through thigh. Um...The hips are ginormous. I purchased black and loden (in 1x) very pretty colors, good construction, comfy waist band. I am sad I have to return them, but they look like I have jodhpurs on.

Rated 5 out of 5áby Calliesue I like the muted blue!
Just received these pants in muted blue regular length. I like the color very much as it won't show the cat hair like navy does! However; I wish you would offer a 29 inch. I am 5'3" tall and the 30" is a bit long and the 28" is too short. I will need to shorten these and I know they will never look the same :-(

Rated 4 out of 5áby annie17 Really Comfortable - but the Dark Gray Heather
These pants are nice and the fit is great! The only issue I have is with the Dark Gray Heather. I love the color but after a couple times I have worn them they have started to pill between the legs. None of the other colors I own do this. I am returning them for another color. I believe the material is different from the others. Why?

I buy a couple of these every season. I am wide around the hips and thighs and the fit works well for me in a 2X. They wash well and wear well ? can't ask for more than that!

Rated 5 out of 5áby HappyBeanCustomer58 perfect pants for my lifestyle
I get a lot of compliments when I wear the boot cut pants. They are very comfortable, wash well, stay neat and crisp all day long for work, and are suitable for everything from dance class, shopping, dog walking, lounging -- just a very comfortable pair of pants. The absence of pockets makes the lines of these pants lovely. If I need pockets on a particular day, I switch to either the straight leg style (small pockets) or the original style (deeper pockets). I love that the perfect fit line has various options to choose from. Keep them coming! I do agree with the reviewer who would like to see the return of loden green - nice color option. I have every color in every style of the perfect fit pants. They are versatile and stylish and people often ask "I love your pants - where did you get them?". Then I get to rave about L.L. Bean's quality and direct people to purchase their own perfect fit pants Well done, L.L. Bean.

Rated 5 out of 5áby Madforelton Please DON'T Add Pockets
I wrote a recent review raving about these pants and how much I LOVE them. You did listen to customer requests for different colors, (like Burgundy which looks like the new Rust Red color), but you took away the Dark Loden (green) which was so pretty and I wanted to try it. I just wanted to add that I see some customers are saying these pants should have pockets, but I respectfully disagree. Given the stretchy, fitting material (which is great as is), a pocket would look too bunchy and would make many look fat. These pants are not made to have pockets - especially not side pockets which would be a disaster. I have honestly worn these pants most every day for the last 8 years - call me boring, but I LOVE these pants!! Pants that fit well are SO HARD to find - especially if you don't have stick thin legs. IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIT IT. The only way pockets would be acceptable is if this was an added style, but you still offered the original style w/out pockets. Thank you!!

Rated 5 out of 5áby Madforelton Perfect Fit Pants - Color Selection & Fading Issue
I love these pants and have been buying them for years - God knows how many pairs I must have. I see someone listened to the customers who asked for additional colors like Burgundy, which appears to be the color of the Rust Red pants, and the call for dark brown which is the Deepest Brown color - thank you. However, the Muted Blue is ugly (and you already have a Navy color) and I am wondering why the Dark Loden color was discontinued, as it was very nice. I mostly buy the Black and Brown colors, but was considering buying the Loden when I saw it was now gone! Also, hardly anyone will look good in the Khaki color unless they have stick legs and most women don't - plus a a darker color is more attractive on the legs and slims them a little. I believe if this was the lineup of colors it would be perfect: Black, Dark Brown, Navy, Dark Grey, Dark Loden and Rust Red (Burgundy). Even if you keep the Khaki, bring back the Loden color. My only other issue is the fading issue which I have commented on before. Even if you wash the Black pants in cold water with little detergent and hang them to dry, they start to fade very quickly - can't this be fixed so I don't have to keep buying new pants? Thank you for listening!
