This product is exceptionally comfortable and well built. Lumbar support is very evident from the outset, and frame is sturdily constructed. Seating is roomy as well.

When folded, its long and a little bulky. This isn't necessarily bad, just a consideration if you have minimal room

I wasn't sure if my husband would like the style of the chair, but after sitting in it, it's now his favorite. Very sturdy. Well worth the money, and the wait as the chair was on back order.

This Strongback Elte chair is incredible. After opening the chair and sitting in it for a test sit it was difficult to end test period because I could have sat in chair indefinitely. If you purchase one of these chairs test it out somewhere with a good view because you will want to stay seated and enjoy experience.

Finally, a camping chair that is supportative of proper posture. By far the most comfortable of any folding chair I've owned. As always with LL Bean, fast processing and great quality. Highly recommend.

I bought this chair for my wife after reading about these camp chairs with lumbar support. The chair definitely lives up to the hype. Great support and the chair is very sturdy. I knocked off a star for a few things. One is because the chair costs more than double what one would pay for a standard camp chair. Another is that the construction is good, but not excellent. One of the padded arms on our chair is looser in the track than the other...a minor annoyance, but again for the price, my expectations were high. The last concern is that the chair can be difficult to fold and is quite tall when folded, so perhaps not the best choice for those with a smaller vehicle. I would definitely recommend this chair to others who want great back support, because the relief is worth the trade-offs in my opinion.

Wonderful for anyone, especially those with back or knee problems. Higher than average, with firm seat and back. Easy setup and fold-up. Even the carry bag is easy to insert folded chair. I would like this chair for comfort in my living room!

I own a Zen strongback which is the smaller version of the Elite. I purchased the elite for my husband as I was so tired of seeing him slouch in our low end camping chairs which offer NO support. I love the strongback chairs as they offer suppport to my back and allow me to use a camping chair. So great to see LL Bean is distributing them as you are charged a 16.00 ship fee if you buy direct plus you get the satisfaction guarantee. Highly recommend these chairs. Worth the $$.
