Most of my daughter's ll bean pants are 8, but the 8 in these were big on her. If she rolls the waist band down, the shorts will stay up, so we'll keep them and grow into them. But if I had to order them all over again, I would go down a size.

I absolutely love these shorts! I bought them for my daughter last summer and they fit great, last long, are comfy, and cute. She loves them and we will definitely buy more.

It becomes increasingly difficult to find modest swimwear for my daughters. I was very happy to find these! My daughter likes the style, color and comfort. She doesn't have to worry about pulling her suit down to cover up. We're both very happy with it.

I was hoping that these would be more like swim trunks for boys with a built-in panty, but they're not. They're basically plain shorts made of material that handles water well. I was looking for more coverage for swimming, the beach, and spray parks, to be worn along with one of the surf shirts. So I paired it with a swimsuit bikini bottom for my daughter.

These shorts are wonderful and fit perfectly! The fit is perfect, the material is soft feeling but thicker in nature, perfect for standing up to lots of wear. It coordinated nicely with other tops in the collection, not just the rash guard shirt shown. Great product!

I bought these for my 6-yr-old daughter to wear while playing after swimming and they are working out great. They are easy to pull on over her swim suit and very comfortable.Together with her surf shirt, these shorts make an attractive, quick-drying cover-up for after the pool or beach.

Bought these for my 13 yr old daughter in size 16 and she loves these shorts. Great quality and price. She uses it mostly over her one piece swimsuit instead of a swim skirt. Size fit well, she is pretty slim. Very pleased.

My daughter loves that she can wear these OVER her swimsuit to play and take them off for swimming. They are really cute and seem to be comfortable for her.

Disappointed that product was not as described. It stated had an adjustable waist band, zipper, and snap closure. It had none of that. Needless to say I need to return them. My daughter is very tall and very thin so adjustable waists are a must!

My daughter wanted these shorts to wear in stead of a bathing suit. Not only do they run big, they are unlined. Therefore they cannot be worn as a bathing suit, you must wear these shorts with a suit underneath.
It was a disappointment and thus, they were returned.
