Rated 1 out of 5 by Chicago99 Lost Color in One Week
Received the blue sheets and washed them once. Slept in them once. Both pillow cases had huge areas that faded white. I sleep with night cream on my face but this has never happened for any other sheets I have. Very disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by AJD33 After Two Years...
I bought a set of these sheets roughly two years ago and I've been loving them soooo much. They are so soft and comfortable. Others mentioned piling, but I have not had that problem. They're great even in very hot temperatures or cool temps too.
My problem is that the other day I noticed two holes in the middle of the fitted sheet! And around the holes the sheets seemed to have worn out quite a bit. I hadn't noticed this happening until I saw the holes. Two years seems like a short amount of time for a set of sheets when I know I've had other last much longer.
However, I have loved these so much, even if I can't get an exchange or something, I will still buy another set. because while I see two years as a short period of time, it's still a lot longer than a few weeks or months.
To clarify, I bought the twin set in silver sand, though I'm thinking of getting them in midnight blue next time. I haven't had any problems fitting them to my mattress either. They seem to have more elasticity than my previous set from another company.

I have purchased knit sheets from LLBean before and have been very satisfied. That is why I came back again. Was pleased to see new fun colors. I purchased the pale turquoise. Very disappointed once washed. The color faded considerably and continues to do so with each wash. Some portions have even faded to white. Sheets were also not wide enough for deeper pocket mattress. I do commend them for their softness and length. I will keep them, but would not purchase another set.

The fabric is luxurious but the sheets are skimpy for our 'short' king size bed (we live in an old house and we couldn't get a regular king mattress up our stairway, so we put 2 singles together) . The sheets feel fabulous but the fitted sheet doesn't have deep enough pockets to fully cover the mattress and the flat sheet has an overhang of a few inches on each side of the bed. The mattress cover is visible.
Too bad a California king choice wasn't offered (we would have returned the king for the bigger option) or the sheets could have been a bit more generous, considering the cost......
These are lovely sheets, but the sizing is stingy.

ok. Never paid attention to what sheets I purchased. Heck I can sleep on old newspapers. Suddenly I decided to purchase this set and dang! They feel goooooood. lol. I may even keep these and give them a wash! They motivated me to even buy a few pillows with lobsters on them....my life has changed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by IMW2363 Wonderful Sheets
Now let me first off say... I rarely go to the extent of rating an item..
But I wanted to stress how wonderful these sheets are!!! I am a funny person when it comes to softness and how sheets feel...
These sheets are amazing and are so soft and I would spend the money over and over again to get them!!! They were gone for awhile and I am so thankful they brought them back... LL Bean is a great company and I would and will recommend these to everyone!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by inlovewllbean Sadly disappointed.
I've had these sheets for two months and I was initially so happy with them; it was sooo soft and felt so good as I was sleeping, but now the fitted sheets have pilled soo much that I can no longer use them-too rough and uncomfortable against my skin. I'm soooo disappointed! LLBean should take the "resist pilling" out of the description because it's not accurate.

Rated 3 out of 5 by HmCody Nice, but...
I have used these sheets for about 2 months and have a real love/hate relationship with them.
The material itself if very nice: soft, comfortable and pleasant to sleep on. I have the blue ones and the color seems to be holding very well. Unfortunately, there are two problems that are ultimately going to make me find other sheets.
First, jersey is not an easy fabric to sew. As a result, the sheets are not very square, are hard to fold neatly and hard to get on the bed straight. It is almost as if they have built in wrinkles! This is a bit annoying, but probably not a game changer since it is a price you pay for the nice material.
The second problem is one that has been mentioned by other reviewers: the sheets are too small! And not just the fitted sheet but also the flat sheet. Most king sized sheets I have had extend about one mattress depth below the bottom of the mattress on the sides so that you can tuck them in at the bottom. These barely come to the bottom of the mattress, so no hope of tucking them in! Once I get in the bed, the edge of the sheet is already pulled up to the top of the mattress. As a result, I end up waking up several times a night with no covers on because they were barely covering me to start with.
These could be really great sheets. They just aren't at the moment.

Rated 3 out of 5 by minethatbird Doesn't fit deep mattresses
I'm satisfied with the weight and quality of the material. So far it has help up through several washes without pilling. However, the fitted sheet is not deep enough to fully accommodate my 11" thick mattress.

I was very disappointed with these sheets. I loved the color (antique yellow) but not the material. The bottom sheet did not fit around my mattress well, and bunched up in the middle of the bed. I thought that since they were somewhat stretchy that would not be a problem. I ended up donating them to our local thrift store.
