I chose these as an attractive boat shoe. I must have full height over my instep, hence the moccasin toe. These are very shallow because of the thick insole, thus no room for my toes. In addition the lace around the the shoe is fake, and cannot be tightened as in a typical boat shoe. Thus the heel slid down as I walked. Finally, my toes reached the end, though I wear a typical 7 1/2 B. Sadly, I had to return these shoes as unsatisfactory.

WanderingColoradoGirl Comfortable as tennis shoes but classier
These shoes are perfect for summer. I don't like to wear tennis shoes but want that comfort. These are perfect with shorts or casual skirts. Wore them all day as a teacher and my feet didn't hurt. Only challenge is the back is a little stiff at first.

I ordered the tan ones twice. Very comfy but the first pair had one tan shoe and one with a pinkish tone to it so I sent them back and reordered another pair. This time both are more pink than tan.
Very disappointed because they seem like great shoes but I don't want pink ones.

I got my first pair of these canvas dock shoes last May, specifically for a vacation in the Southwest. They were comfy the moment I put them on. I wore them and wore them all year -- until finally they started looking a little scruffy. So I ordered a new pair for days I really need to look at my very best -- and I'm still wearing the old pair on not so fancy days. Comfy and long lasting docks!!!

I have been looking for a reasonably priced canvas boat shoe for a while. These fit perfectly--slightly loose, which will be perfect in the heat of summer. I like the neutral tan, but could see that other colors would be great. Can we expect an expanded set of choices soon?

I absolutely love these shoes. I was looking for a pair of plaid boat shoes and new LL Bean would have what I wanted. These shoes are perfect. Great fit. Very cute. I wear a size 9 and these fit just right. The plaid has several colors, so these shoes go with so many different clothes! I got lots of compliments from friends and coworkers. Considering purchasing another pair in a solid color. Would like more "printed" pattern options.

First I bought these shoes in red and antique white. They were so comfortable I went back to see what other colors they had and bought the blue plaid. Wish they had more colors! The fit is perfect. I wear a 6 1/2 M. They have good arch support. I have been recommending them to all my friends! Bring out more colors!

Really nice, well padded, comfy shoes. They do run big, I am returning them for a half size smaller, I think they will fit fine then. Great shoes for the price.

Haverwench I miss the blue
These shoes are incredibly comfortable. The insole really supports my arch in a way most canvas shoes do not, and I like the slip-on design. It's also great that they come in a wide width. The style is very versatile, good with long pants or shorts and suitable for both business casual and really casual. Unfortunately, mine were so comfortable that I wore them day in and day out from spring through fall, and now the soles are wearing through (and with their molded design, the shoes can't be resoled). I came back to buy another pair and found that they are no longer available in blue. The only color I can now get in my size is antique white, and who wants a versatile shoe like this in a color that can only be worn in the summertime?

I have the light color shoes and absolutely love them. they're great for walking or just wearing downtown. very comfortable shoes and I have 'fussy' feet! I do have one problem which I am looking to solve. Anyone have any idea how to clean these shoes? They are abit soiled in front from lots of walking on dusty roads.
