Love this Blazer! Pockets for my dog treats. Very comfortable yet stylish enough for anything important. Easy care too.

I ordered this blazer in navy, and have worn it several times - both with jeans and with a dress. I am 5'8", 140, and I bought a medium. I like the soft styling, as blazers are often tight in the shoulders on me if they fit in the torso. I wish it came in more colors. I am thinking about ordering it in the trillium red, but it looks like a yellow red in the picture, and I prefer blue reds. How about royal blue, forest green, fuschia or berry? Doesn't hurt to ask.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bestbeancustomer Hole After First Washing
I ordered this jacket in the Trillum Red in a medium. It was much larger than I expected, so washed it before wearing. Alas, I never was able to wear it because there was a hole in the sleeve after washing, plus the all-cotton material was very wrinkly, even after ironing. I dried it flat and by-passed putting it in the dryer for fear of too much shrinkage. The Trillum Red had a very faded, worn look, and combined with the wrinkled, shapeless look and the new hole in the sleeve, it was a total disaster. I sent it back with much disappointment.

I wore my new navy knit blazer today. It was comfy and kept its shape. Runs true to size. Can be dressed up or down. As usual, I am pleased with my LL Bean quality purchase.

I am a true blue Bean shopper and very seldom do I find something that really falls below Bean quality, but this jacket does. Like the other reviews I found it to be very big (ordered XL) and baggy, but since it is all cotton I thought there may be a bit of shrinkage when washed. Well, there was quite a bit of shrinkage after washing and it was completely out of shape too- the collar won't lay down due to the large interfacing panels that flap around on the inside of the jacket and it is puckered at the bottom. Not sure what happened here, out of the package it looks great, but after a washing it looks like an old sad t-shirt.

Rated 1 out of 5 by NCActiveMom35 Saggy knit
I found this blazer to run very big, yet short. I ordered the XL and was swimming in it. However, it was cropped so short that it hit well above my hips. The knit was also sagging on the front of the jacket and would not lay smoothly- which may not be an issue in a smaller size. I have several of these knit blazers from a mall store and was hoping that this one would be a bit more structured and have a heavier knit but I found the opposite to be true. My advice is to order down and to pass on it if you are 5'6" or taller.

Living in Louisiana means 2 seasons: hot and not quite as hot. I'm always looking for ways to look pulled together without smothering. This is IT! GREAT jacket, perfect weight and the fit is true to the size chart. More Colors Please.

I would rate this blazer 10 stars if I could. I bought the cream and navy stripe. So cute!! Love the color and the patch pockets. It is a very flattering blazer because of the great seaming detail. I ordered my usual shirt size (large) and it is perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mom6 Cozy and Sharp!
First of all, I love anything somewhat nautical, and blue and cream stripes are perfect for spring! The "comfort knit" got my attention. I love a soft knit for comfort, and the blazer style for a casual-dressy look. This blazer is cozy and offers warmth for a spring day. I feel it runs true to size. I normally wear a small, but lately I have been in-between small and medium, so it is hard to choose. So, I decided on a medium. The medium fits well, although I think a small would've done. This is considering I am in-between this year with the measurement chart. I think the small would've been perfect, with the medium giving a little which is more cozy to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Caper8 Holy Smokes - More Colors Please Sir!
Ordered every color in my usual Bean's size L - also ordered XL in case it ran small. Didn't need to open the XL - the L is perfect. I'm a full hourglass shape and had plenty of room, but it is fitted (not tight) on me, which I like. Would love this in a charcoal (the grey is nice, but charcoal would be dressier), black, purple, you name it. It's like wearing a cotton sweater but with structure and shaping - can be as casual as you want, and can be worn business casual for sure. I absolutely love this piece and will wear them all the time!
