I wear size 8, ordered size 7 1/2 and they are too big. I believe a size 7 would be too short as they sort of fit with a thin sock. (The sock shows, though.) They are wide overall and not 'foot-shaped' in the toe box, just big and rounded like they could go on either foot. I put them on with pants and my first thought was, "Gilligan". Wide, platypus feet.
Nice arch support. If you have the right size shoe and the right width foot, they would be comfortable.

I liked this shoe when I received it. The sole has arch support, but it is at least a half size too large so I will be returning and re-ordering a smaller size.

These shoes were never worn before and they made it through a week at Disney. They held up great and I did not need one band aid due to hours of walking around the park. My feel had not one red mark on them or any tender spots. I raved about these shoes the whole trip. They ran big though on me. I normally wear an 8.5 and settled on a 7.5. I will be purchasing them in more colors.

These seem like very nice shoes. Loved the linen color and they seem well made. But I have a wide foot and there is no stretch to these. I don't understand why a company cannot make a wide fit. They would potentially double their money. Yet I order another pair of shoes from LLBean with a regular width and they are almost too wide. Of course I ordered them because many of the reviews said they were too wide.

Cute casual shoes! I originally ordered an 8 1/2, but had to switch for an 8. If you're kind of in between two sizes order down.

I bought these in navy. I have a very average foot (not wide, not narrow) and I find them to be very comfortable and look great! I have trouble finding shoes (besides sneakers) where the soles of my feet don't ache and so far these are wonderful. Unlike other reviews I did have to order a half size down (I usually wear 7s in llbean shoes but got a 6 1/2) but since I was trying them on in the store that was not an issue. I'm thinking of now getting the tan. Would highly recommend and would love to see them in more colors.

I don't understand the rave reviews for these pretty Espadrilles. Based on these raves, I bought one in each color, including the striped, only to find that they cut into my insteps. Some pairs were even tighter than others. My foot size is an 8-Wide almost always and I ordered the Espadrilles in my size. I should have known better. In fact, these shoes do run a tiny bit long as well, but had they been wider, I could have worn them. I walked around the house wearing each pair for a day, but I had to take them off more often than not because I couldn't stand their tightness and cutting into the tops of my feet. The colors are very bright and attractive, but LL Bean did not consider offering these shoes in Wide. Back they went.

What a comfy pair of shoes for the price! The strips could stand to be a little brighter (my only complaint), however; the style is great and so good for spring and summer. I plan to order another color soon. They fit true to size and have really soft insides , so they don't rub on your feet like a lot of competitors. It would be nice to have some more color choices! Good job LL Bean!

These are well made spring / summer casual shoes...... the assortment of colors is great...Good quality and good value....but they are not for me..Got them in the red shade in medium and they are too wide for my feet. Have to send mine back....but they are another great garment from llbean!

I just received these shoes and I love them! They are super comfortable and the colors are beautiful. I purchased the navy and the persimmon color. Both colors are really pretty and vibrant. I thought the persimmon color might be too bright, but it's not. Its reall pretty without being "too bright." I highly recommend these shoes! They are going to be my "go to" shoes for the summer.
Also, these shoes run true to size with a tad bit of room. I wear a size 8 1/2 and they are perfect. Sizing down a half size would have fit too small so I recommend sticking to your normal size. Get these shoes before they run out of your size!
