Just purchased another one, great fit, great feel, size is appropriate,I am 5'-10" and 160 lbs and the Med. fits perfect. Any lingering odor left behind from my A.T. hike with my first shirt, came right out in the wash. For outdoor adventures I.e... Fishing, Canoeing Hiking etc... this shirt cannot be beat.

Well built, light, and long enough both in the sleeves and the waist. It held some odor, and when I wash it I am hoping it disappears. Will purchase another in the near future.

I bought two of these for a Caribbean trip, where I was going to be in the sun, on the beach and on the water. This shirt was perfect at preventing me from burning, and it was super comfortable and cool. As long as LL Bean continues to offer these I will continue to use these as my go to wear in the sun shirt.

LOVE this shirt! The pullover style is so much easier than the button down. Cool so far, altho the So TX heat has yet to kick into hi gear. Went for an 8 mile hike on Easter Sunday, and was quite comfortable. Have already ordered a 3rd one.

On a recent episode of L.L. Bean's Guide to the Outdoors, the featured guide was wearing this shirt in the light blue color.
The fact that I was unable to immediately deduce that clothing featured on the show is from L.L. Bean, led me to a fantastic surprise when I found this on the website.
As for fit and comfort, I couldn't ask for much better. I'm a bigger guy, 6'2" 275, and the XXL is perfect...fitted in the right areas, loose in the right areas.

I like to wear long sleeve shirts in the sun to avoid sunburn, but they must be able to breathe and keep me cool at the same time. This shirt fulfills those expectations.
I could do without the pocket in the chest. It's a definite upgrade from the coolmax long sleeve tees that I have been wearing while fishing. Those shirts are a cheaper alternative, but they do not dry as fast as this one.
I can't comment on its durability as I haven't had it that long, but it launders well and appears to be well made.

I FOUND THE SHIRT TO BE A GREAT ADDITION TO MY OUTDOOR CLOTHES. IT IS COOL EVEN IN 80 DEGREE WEATHER THAT WE GET IN THE SOUTHWESTERN STATES. IT WAS SO COMFORTABLE THAT I ODERED TWO MORE OF THEM. GREAT SHIRT !!
