I own two of the No Fly shirts plus and one ExOfficio bug shirt. Each brand has features I like. The ExOfficio does not come in a tall-the NoFly does and therefore fits me better.. I probably like the feel of the ExOfficio better and I much prefer the studs vs. buttons.
My biggest disappointment with the NoFly shirt is the longevity of the treatment. I try to wear only when there is a need with the objective of minimizing washing. As rough estimate would guess each shirt has been washed no more than 15-20 times. I am just back from a walk in the woods and the occasional mosquito flaunted the treatment. They worked great to start with but there is no way they will be good for 20 washes. I will keep them as a regular shirt but they are already marginal as being bug proof.
The ExOfficio may has not been worn/washed quite as much so I do not know if it will perform any better

I am out in the woods in the humid Mississippi River valley in NW Illinois several times a week. The heat and mosquitoes are oppressive. I have used many brands of lightweight shirts all treated with Permethrin, some of which I treated myself. After reading a review that placed No Fly Zone better than Insect Shield brand treatments I decided on this shirt. I like the zippered front vents and covered back vent but the cloth is a little too heavy for optimal wicking. The dusty olive color is great for my wildlife research needs. It seems to work great against mosquitoes and ticks and I would have given it 5 stars if it was made of a little lighter material.

I go on a Bird Walk every Friday morning with Mass Audubon. This shirt and the matching pants are a perfect weight and very comfortable. I purchased the No Fly Pants as well and do not have to worry anymore about where we walk. Great product. My Birding Buddy bought the outfit as well and he is just as pleased.
I highly recommend for worry free birding in all terrain.

Best fishing shirt I have ever owned. If I was to make a recommendation it would be to offer the same shirt in a light fabric. Great shirt!
Thanks to your designers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by darthemma perfect warm-weather shirt to keep the bugs away!
I needed a light-weight summer shirt with long sleeves to work in the yard or go fishing in the Florida sun when I visit friends there. I seem to attract mosquitos, so it's nice to have a shirt that discourages them. This shirt is perfect for that!
The material is wonderful! It is soft and not too heavy for warm weather, but it's not sheer either.Perfect. I'd buy many more of these if you offered more colors.
Being a woman, I wish you'd make this shirt in plus sizes for women. I bought this men's version of this shirt and it's wonderful, but of course it's cut for a man, so it looks blocky on me and the sleeves and tail are a bit too long. I had a friend take up the sleeves for me, so at least the sleeves fit. Anyway, the fabric is amazing. I would LOVE to have several of these in women's plus size!

Rated 5 out of 5 by AllenK Exceptional Shirt!
I've loved this style for years, but the various sources always sold a pattern that didn't fit me (sleeves to short, baggy in the tummy, etc.). The Bean's shirt fits perfectly (i'm a 17/37 dress shirt, so not easy to fit): the XL tall was just the ticket.
I was initially skeptical, because of the price, but with the superb fit, quality tailoring, insect treatment, and sun screening, this is an exceptional buy. Looks like it will last for years.

I own three - Clay, Dusty Olive and Mid Blue - and would buy more if offered in other colors. Terrific shape and texture. Fabric is top-notch. Look great untucked in formal or office settings. Works great in outdoor settings, too - SPF, repels bugs, pockets work like a charm. For a concealed weapons carrier like, me, it also works for IWB or OWB carrying - ease of draw and access to weapon, but cut of shirt hides fact that you are carrying. I have recommended this shirt to many people - because it always draws compliments, that's easy to do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ChopperMom Might as well have packed nothing else
I bought this for my husband for a trip to buggy Alaska. But once he put it on, he was loathe to wear anything else. He'd never tried a shirt with so many packets before and he was in love. So now I'm buying another one in another color - because it's really pushing it to wear the same shirt 5 days in a row. And yes, it works to discourage the bugs.
