Rated 4 out of 5�by Woodartisan silk undershirt opinion I ordered the silk undershirt along with another shirt. I wanted to see if silk is as warm as I'm told it is. At this time I'd have to say that yes it is, it's very sheer and light. It takes up almost no room, leaving more for other protection from the weather. OTOH, it seems a little delicate, requires a bit of special handling for drying (lay flat in it's normal shape) and most of all, it's expensive. I'd buy one again 'cause it performs well, but it's definitely a premium purchase. February 8, 2012

He repeatedly commented how much warmer the silk shirt is and how great it feels against his skin. His birthday is shortly after the holidays so I bought short-sleeved shirts. He always comments on how "great" the shirt feels next to his skin. He also says the shirts are not bulky and shirts on top of the silk shirt look so smooth and fit so nicely. Thanks ! He said that they feel so comfortable on his sensitive dry skin which gets itchy with cotton underwear. Two suggestions: would like "crew neck" short sleeve and "stamped info" on neck instead of sewn label with stiff and hard fabric. January 12, 2011
