I LOVE these turtlenecks! I bought one years ago & finally had to replace it! I got 3, one in red, one green & one in pink. They wash/wear well. Even after multiple times in the drier. Great fit, figure flattering, but not too tight. Warm & stylish.
Just bought one for a friend as a Birthday present!!

I love these sweaters and wear them year-round in my cool San Francisco climate. I want to order more Ivory color for summer but they are out of stock. Would love to see it in White too. PLEASE re-stock and add more colors.

This is one of the very few items I have purchased from Beans that I am not completely satisfied with. After 2 washings this item lacks body and it seems to have stretched a lot. This is a pity because it looks so good with many of my things that need a fill in collar.

I bought one of these to start and came back for two more. The fit is great ... not too clingy. And both the body and sleeve lengths are long enough for me and stayed that way through the first few washings (dried flat ... no dryer). These fit and perform better than others I have purchased that were much more expensive. I took these sweaters on a trip overseas and they held their shape through several days of wear without laundering. These have become my winter wardrobe staple!

Still can't believe how well this substantial turtleneck fits my narrow shoulders, long arms and long neck. Medium size fits all three. Form fitting too, but comfortable. Quality galore. Thank you, LLBean.

I have one of these in almost every color. (Turtlenecks are my clothing of choice all winter.) I'm sorry to say that I bought all of mine at the full $40 price and they are not holding up well. Of the ones I bought this fall, one already has a hole in the seam. One got a snag in it. The rest get smaller each time they are dried. They feel nice and luxurious when you first get them. I just feel that for LL Bean, and for the price, they should hold up better than they do.

I usually wear an extra-small with LLBean, but the color I chose was on sale, and the XS was not available, so got a Small. Love this. Do wish it came in more colors. It is slim fitting, so be sure that's what you want.

This ribbed turtleneck was exactly what I had been looking for and I wish I had purchased one in every color before they ran out of my size. The turtleneck is so comfortable, true to size, washes well and is versatile in that you can dress it up or down. It is a great winter closet item and I will keep my eye out and get more next year. It is stylish, warm, comfortable, and I reach for it time and time again.

A huge improvement over the thinner, easily ripped previous model. Warm enough to make it in 40 degree weather. Runs a little big. I would by every color if they weren?t a little pricey.
