I bought two sweaters. One for me and one for my sister. My sister loves her but I am sending mine back. A little to scratchy for me. I have a pull over cashmere sweater I bought from LLBean and I love it. It was purchased several years ago. The new one is just not the same quality. Although I love most LLBean products.

I give my recent purchase a 5 star rating. The color is wonderful, the feel on the cashmere luxurious. It is all I wanted it to be and more. The service and delivery were excellent. LL Bean a great company to purchase from. Thank you.

I love these casual cashmere sweaters... this latest style is very soft, lightweight, and slightly roomier than some of the previous models. I especially like the double zipper so you can open the bottom to make it more comfortable for sitting. I ordered my favorite color immediately, and when I went back for my second order, the color I wanted was already sold out. I have both the past styles, the waffle hoodie and the plain hoodie. I think this might be my favorite one so far. I've carefully washed and air dried others without a problem. Because of the basic styling, I plan to wear them for years to come. They are definitely 'keepers'.

I have had this sweater for nearly a year. it is my very favorite sweater. It is soft on my skin. I can wear it over short sleeves and it does not itch. I have machine washed it several times (gentle cycle cool/cold water line dry). It has not shrunk noticeably and the zipper still looks fine (not wavey as I was worried might happen). I will be asking for another color for Christmas. Enjoy!

I love this sweater - ordered the black and the cranberry with the thought I might return one but I loved them so much, I kept both. I have many LLBean cashmere sweaters and find them very easy care. I wash and rinse gently by hand but use the spin dry cycle on my washer to remove all the moisture possible. Sweaters come out very soft and dry very quickly (the danger with washers and woolens or cashmere is in using the washer wash cycle to swish back and forth, back and forth which will cause matting - the centrifuge does not affect the knit).
LLBean - how about a wonderful bright blue and a kelly green next year for your cashmere!

Selected size S, Dark Cranberry Heather.
I'm an old LLBean shopper and enjoying their items' everything but one thing--the length of their tops are always too short for me(I'm 5.7 feet tall, order size S or XS usually).
I'm very glad this item has enough length to get just my size.
The color is also lovely!

I purchased these in 3 colors. When they arrived earlier this week, I could not believe that these were cashmere. I have purchased many, many LL Bean cashmere sweaters. These were not what I expected in any way. Whatever they are made of, I can't believe it is cashmere. I never write reviews, but I had to write this one.

I love cashmere, and look for it wherever I can. I saw this sweater on sale, and picked it up. I have a similar style one that I thought was from LL Bean, but when I got this one, I quickly could tell it was a different brand. The LL Bean cashmere is a much thinner ply, making for an overall less luxurious feel. At a sale price of $109.00 it was still overpriced.

Love, love, love this sweater. Soft, light (but not thin) warm. Light enough to wear layered under a coat, yet warm enough to wear inside. It is comfortable. I have worn it 7 or 8 times since buying it about a month ago. It's my go to sweater these days and I'will purchase another one in a different color.

I liked the collar and the zip, but overall felt the cashmere was too thin. The ivory color that I ordered may have contributed to emphasizing this fact. Even though the sale price was attractive, I was disappointed in the quality and I sent it back.
