Looks nice online but when yours see it , it is not worth the price. Terry cloth was thin and looks like it would hook and catch on things. Very disappointed.

I LOVE the color. And the fit is perfect. When I read the reviews it said it was roomy. So I crossed my fingers and ordered small (but feared the shoulders might be too narrow - based on some recent purchases that I had to return - and the fact it was back-ordered, as on recent occasions that meant the fit would change). But no... Thankfully! My four stars are only because this thing is very, very heavy. That's a plus in one way but at age 68 it's heavy to put on. On the other hand if you buy a terry robe, you really want that lush heaviness. I'm so glad I bought it in blue!
For a while now I've had problems with LLBean's "fit" - which has driven me nuts - after so many years as an LLBean customer. But the last couple of times it seems like they've gotten back on track with the original fit - at least I'm crossing fingers here. (I'm 5'6" - 120 lbs - and Small has been my traditional LLBean size (till they fiddled with it...) PLEASE, keep the same sizing! Or you'll drive your customers nuts!

Love this robe! Received it as my Mother's Day gift....very fluffy, warm, and looks good on me too! Don't mind be caught in the driveway on a school morning waving at my kids in this robe!!! The neighbors seem jealous...ha ha!

I have ordered from LL Bean for years and always loved the quality. Not this time. The robe terry cloth had a pull on the first day. Now it has four snags and it's only a few days old. I can imagine what it will look like in six months. I feel I paid a lot for this robe and would like to return it as soon as possible.

Like this very thirsty terry robe. A bit heavy, but that is what makes it so absorbent. Good value.

This robe is very thick, absorbent and soft. I think it will be far too heavy and warm for Summer use. However, the fit is good and though I've only put it through the wash once, it seemed to hold up well. I think it is well-made and will last a good long while. I would definitely buy it again.

I was in need of a new bathrobe and looked online for one that I would really love and I found it on LLBean.com and it came in a few weeks ago. I LOVE IT! It is the most comfortable bathrobe I have had in a very, very long time. It fits perfectly and is nice to wear around the house when I get up or when I am going to bed - I change early sometimes just to be comfy in my new bathrobe! If you want comfort, this is the one to get!

I wanted a robe that was not as warm as a fleece robe, but not as thin as most summer robes. I thought a terry robe would be perfect. This is a lovely robe, of high quality, and the color was pretty. However, it is heavy and bulky. I love my fleece for the warmth in the winter and it is not heavy. If this robe did not have rolled sleeves and a thick collar, it might have worked. That just added to the weight. Still looking for that perfect summer robe.

My wife had been wearing the same white terrycloth robe for twelve years and had grown very attached to it, but it was getting worn, so replacing it was necessary - and a challenge.
I found this robe and its excellent reviews online, and took the plunge, and fortunately, she loves it! (and looks adorable in it)
She's had it a couple of weeks now, and wears it in the morning pre-shower, and at night once she's ready for bed.
It's soft and absorbent and seems to be made well. Very happy with this purchase!
